Dominic's POV
"So?", I asked Kevin the moment he was within hearing range. "Did you find anything? Anything at all."
"A few things, but nothing that you don't already know."
"Nico, Clara's son. Who's his father?"
"Unfortunately, no matter how hard and deep I searched, there's no information on that."
I groaned. "That doesn't help at all. We're basically right back to where we started."
Kevin nodded curtly. "But there's something though. I mean, I might just be reading meaning into it..."
"Tell me", I commanded.
"Well, from what I gathered, Alpha Maxwell and Clara weren't together, in fact, they didn't know each other till Clara gave birth."
I let the new piece of information settle and slowly.
"I see. Thank you, Kevin. Really."
"You're welcome", Kevin offered a smi
