28th December 1018 / 2018 1623hrs We all walked back to the Procurement Land and Registrar's Office, where the officials were waiting for us. I noted to them about the land and also the registration of our Guild's name. "Baroness Za, since this is a third-tier Guild Hall, the guild membership is limited to only 1,500 members only. The Guild Hall would only be a single-storey building, and as it progressed on, it would be a two-tiered, double-storey building with a membership of 4,500 members. The first-tiered Guild Hall would be a three-storey building with 10,000 members. At any given time, you may have several Guild Halls within this city, and this would greatly enhance your influence. You can have up to 3 first-tier Guild Hall here in Votrieburg but only if you had reached the peerage of a Duchess. You understand what we are implying, right?" It was one of the best-kept secrets, and when it was related to me, the rest of the members heard about it too. They were delighted to be able to have at least 1,500 members in the Guild, and a small percentage of that would be for Lifestyle gamers. "Then, could I still own commercial spaces if I need to purchase them?" I asked as a matter of fact just to make sure of somethings. "Of course, Baroness Za. At your current peerage, you can purchase 2 outer city limits plot of lands for commercial use. I am sure you would find it less resourceful than the ones within the Central Business District. The plot of lands within the Central Business District would cost at least 400% more than the outer limits and have more human traffic than usual. Would you like to purchase those lands?" I was pondering, and I wondered how much credits and reputation points that I need to purchase the outer limit lands for commercial. *D I N G* I just remembered Tinkerbell, and I called her through the messaging system to meet us at the plot of land that we had just purchased. The civil engineers were summoned, and then they suggested that we should be at the grounds of the piece of land where our Guild Hall is supposed to be erected. I made a sound with my throat and ushered everyone out of the Procurement Land and Registrar's Office and headed to where our future Guild would be. "Snowball, Crusader and ShadowDancer. You be the PR and promote our Guild to these newcomers. See if they want to be adventurers or lifestyle gamers, alright?" "I need someone to help them decide what they wanted to be, and I would draft out a binding contract from them soon. I would need to go to the Mage's Society to have it prepared. Soon, all of you would also need to sign the binding contract." The three mentioned earlier nodded their heads and acknowledged as they walked back to the awaiting new gamers that were idling at the main gate of the Town Hall. As usual, any crowd would spark interest among the new gamers, and by this time, at least 150 new gamers had assembled there at the main gate. This would make the 3 core members busy at this moment. I had arrived at the site where the new Guild would be constructed. After I had walked the ground, I began to sit with the civil engineers and plan out the structures of the interior and exterior of the Guild Hall. It was like playing with building blocks, and since there was a spacious plot of land to play with, I began with the structures smack right in the centre of it. I have decided to start off with a social type of Guild. These types of guilds focus mainly on creating a platform in which gamers can just have fun together, without a designated kind of play. They will spend some time on levelling, raiding, or tearing through dungeons. It's most likely the simplest type of guilds to actually lead, as that type of guilds doesn't really need any leaders. They just need friends to coordinate them. Besides, this is considered as an early type of stage, and these social guilds would make up of 2 sectors: The adventurers and lifestyle gamers. One particular area that a Guild needs would be the regenerative rooms. Each room would have cubicles more like a spa room where gamers could book and regenerate their lost attributes, more like buff rooms. It would cost credits to build such facilities, and it would cost credits to reserve them. At least the price should be par to the cheapest rooms in the city, like a tavern, for an example. The only difference is that these buff rooms operate 2 hours per session while the rooms operate till 0700hrs the next day. "Good choice there, Baroness Za. We would begin the construction of the Guild as per your specifications. The rest of your members would need to clear the area. At the meantime, it would need about 72 hours for the completion of the Guild. I find the resources that you had given to us to be more than sufficient." When I was done with the civil engineers, I walked back to the members and discovered that each class were discussing with new members and Tinkerbell was there to greet me. "Hello Za, how are things? You really made quite an improvement for the gamers, don't you think? Snowball thinks highly of you since you had brought them to the catacombs and had them levelled up from 8 to Level 21...!!!" "Hello, Tinkerbell. Naahh, it was nothing, really. Those guys were the ones who hammered down on the minions and Bosses while I was orchestrating the whole battle to ensure no one gets hurt. Besides, everyone got new pieces of armours as well as weapons too. How is your progress on fishing, cooking, plant and bug lore?" I inquired Tinkerbell herself had been doing quite well on her own, and it is time for her to do her own upgrades as well. "Well, I have reached Level 20 in fishing, and I can haul in the Codfishes right now. My cooking skills had gone close to Level 20 too, and it would be time before I could grill those Codfish to sell as health regenerators with a +90 health on a 6 seconds CD. I just started my plant and bug lore and had a collection of those bugs. I had the recipes for making Major and Greater Health Potions, and Major Greater Mana Potions as well. The only thing for me is to turn the Codfish into oils and then mix with the Mulberry Silkworm to make the Major Mana Potions. As for the Major Health Potions, I would need to add the Stickleback Beetles and Apple Extract to make them. Adding Chanterelles and Shitake Mushrooms would help to enhance them to be Greater Mana and Health Potions further. I believe I would be the first to manufacture the Major and Greater Health and Mana Potions, right?" I smiled at Tinkerbell as she finally understood why I wanted her to concentrate on fishing and grilling, and on top of that to take up Plant and Bug Lore. She would be making use of her expertise to manufacture as many Major and Greater Healing and Mana potions in the days to come. All I need to do is to set up her own work and on top of that to acquire an outer city limit commercial space. If there's no human traffic over there, then we shall have the human traffic coming over to us then...!!! I tapped Tinkerbell's shoulders to congratulate on her achievement and urged her to Level Up as soon as possible. At most, I would be able to get her to Level Up in 24 hours, and by then, she would be able to make her own Major ad Greater Mana and Health Potions. Since no one else is doing it, she would be the one who would be churning the credits for us. "Listen, Tinkerbell. I cannot promise you anything right now, but since you are still grilling those fishes, you may sell the, accordingly and all the proceeds would go into you. Likewise, if you were able to manufacture those mana and health potions, we would determine how much profit you would be getting for every sale. What do you think of it as a contract basis? At least you would have a place to sell your wares, don't you think so?" Tinkerbell was looking at me with hopeful eyes. She knew even though I used the word 'I cannot promise you', but whatever words that came out from my mouth would become a reality. "Alright then, I need to talk to your boyfriend and the rest of the members. Once done, I would be meeting the Mage at the Mage's Society to draft me some binding contracts." I looked at Tinkerbell, and she was glad that she had found me when she was selling her grilled prawns. It seemed that any path that opens up begins with a single step.
