One week later.
“Hey honey, when is the president meeting with the (UN) united nations officials to discuss measures for preventing wildfires?”
“Today at KICC center, my darling.”
“What will they discuss exactly?”
“It is just a consultative discussion and how we can fight black summer fires.”
“Black summer fires? What type of fires are those?”
“You don’t know about the Australian bush fires that began tonight? ”
“No! I do not know, you mean Australia is on fire?”
“Yeah, that is why the UN is having a meeting with us today to discuss how we can help Australia.”
Tole and Sofi are husband and wife now, their love has grown big and they enjoy their intimacy as they serve the nation. Theirs was easy, working together and both being single and needing a companion enabled them to get married easily.
“Why are they referring to the fire's black summer?”
“I think because they always happen during summertime and destroy a lot of property, plants, animals, and even aquatic life.”
“What caused the fires to start?”
“It basically began with several serious uncontrolled fires, which is claimed to have been caused by lightning, human actions, and accelerated to arson.”
In the afternoon that day.
Inside the Australian statehouse, Mshapa, Lucia, Australian president, the UN officials, forest and geographical specialist, and other envoys are having a meeting to discuss how they would stop the current wildfire disaster spreading all over Australia. This looks like what happened in sss basins.
“Thank you for coming to my country, you have seen how our air is affected, the sky is very red and dusty. The country looks as if a nuclear weapon was just unleashed on us but the wildfire disaster has messed our country.” Australian president said, he looked exhausted and in total dismay.
“What are the stats of the condition as per now?” Mshapa asked.
“The wildfire has burned about 5.5 million hectares, killing at least 30 people directly and 230 indirectly by smoke inhalation, more than 500 million animals estimated dead, more than 1,300 homes, 4500 buildings, and 2800 outbuildings. The fires are still consuming everything heading towards the see, for now, the stats must have changed already. We really need your help with this, and we need it very fast.”
“My men are already putting off the fires the same way we did with the Amazons a week ago. We need to put measures of aftermath effects. The degree of these fires is extreme and will not affect your country alone but the whole world.”
“The fires are spreading nationwide and as we speak it is ongoing and the cause that started the fires include lightning strikes, human accidents, alleged arson, enhanced fires, drought, global warming, positive Indian Ocean Dipole, and record-breaking heat that is very extreme.” the UN secretary-general added.
The present geographical specialist was given time to give his opinions and what he had discovered so far and he said,
“The fires have come at the wrong time when nature won’t favor us, we have high temperatures, dry weather, and wildfires are not unusual this time of year, we should note that.”
“What is the degree of destruction so far?” Lucia asked firmly.
“We are dealing with a global catastrophe because what has happened here will ripple all over the world. This is not an Australian problem but rather a world problem. The repercussions may be felt in Africa, America, Europe, Asia, or all over the world you never know. NASA satellite imagery yesterday showed some markers of bushfires across the south coast and were heading towards the north coast of Australia ”
Lucia cleared her throat and said, “Actually, the bleakness of the widespread fires with its blazes we noted from the Amazons that it contributes largely to global warming. These events tell us exactly what the future world might look like if we shall not take prompt measures now to secure the world. The red sky, with heavy air full of impurities, if we are not careful even the sunshine we shall never see, it would be a story that once we had sun. This really brings out clearly what climate change means.”
“I totally agree with you madam, Australia’s bushfires have released approximately 399 megatons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The air we breathe now is not secure.”
“Mr. President if I may ask, where are people being evacuated too?”
“We are taking them to the field towards the west coast, but in a few days the fires will reach there if not stopped.”
“Do not worry the fires will be put off today, we need to focus on what to be done after that,” Mshapa assured his colleague.
“With my colleagues, we have noted that climate conditions have also provided ample fuel for the fires to grow and spread. To avoid this in the future we need to maintain normal temperatures all through the seasons, we can achieve that by planting enough trees and prevent people from cutting them.”
“My rainmakers can provide rain for your plants until they grow.”
“It is summertime and it is a very hot and dry year on record. It is summertime in the southern hemisphere, and the heat keeps rising. The fires are being accelerated by too much heat and the wind blowing the fires across Australia. The intensity and size of bushfires in some areas has led to the creation of their own weather systems.”
“That is not a problem, my rainmakers can appease for rain even inside a furnace. The moment we balance the heat, all other issues of a new weather system and wind will be undone. Remember the world operates on one uniques weather system and that is why we are here because one part has a default. The moment we rectify this part the whole system will be up and running.”
The UN secretary-general chipped in the discussion, “As the representative of the UN, our interest is to have a blueprint that we would work on in case this happens in the future. So, as we solve this let us document every step, and at the end of it all, we should have a well-structured blueprint that will guide us in the future. ”
“That is true, I would also propose you build a body in your organization that would be monitoring the world weather system. That would respond amicably in case of any imbalance anywhere around the world.” Lucia contributed.
Mshapa nodded in agreement, “When we dealt with fire fallout on sss we had to deal with ash and debris that were choking the sss rivers. We need a good practice of dumping the ash and debris to prevent it from flowing into the rivers. The government needs to prepare machines for collecting and dumping the ashes and debris in regions where they won’t be washed into the water and kill aquatic life and destroy drinking water.”
“That is true we need to plan how to clear the threat when it emerges. These massive amounts of ash and debris, when washed into rivers and waterways, will kill fish and pollute water supply bodies.” the specialists supported.
“Yeah, and if nothing is done a thick layer of fire ash remains covers the earth which is bad for plants and tiny animals.”
The Australian president looked worried, “Do we have certainty about the ecosystem resilience after the fires?”
Mshapa raised his eyebrows, “Not really, it will take a long time, it would need to be triggered, but we can support it by using rain, after two years maybe it would come back to normal.”
On the other hand, Mshapas’ men were busy putting off the fires and evacuating those trapped in it. Pepo was leading the soldiers and the same way they did with Amazons is how they dealt with the black summer fires.
The red sky cleared and became normal, it rained all over the country and people were happy. Once again Mshapa had made a milestone, and he was at the forefront providing a solution to the problem.
Wildfires were understood and the world knew how to deal with such cases. Measures were put to avoid wildfires, and a blueprint was orchestrated for dealing with fires in case they happened and the world moved forward.
Tole and Sofi the lovebirds were on a holiday in Watamu, Barracuda beach villa. They had booked this villa to enjoy their tender love. They were sunbathing outside the villa, the sunlight cut through Sifis soft thighs and Toles dry skin.
They were young and energetic, for Tole this was exotic because he had never felt a woman's warmth before, and here he was with a very cute woman.
All they did on their holiday was to explore each other’s body, they ate, made love, and repeated the process again.
“Honey, we need to make a baby, I want a baby, I want to be called a mother.”
“Really are you ready for motherhood?”
“Yes, I am very ready, we need to make one before we go back.”
“No, we need to prepare before we make a baby please.”
“What do you mean we need to prepare before we make a baby?”
“We need to have babies that are smart and with good health and we can only achieve that by us having good health first.”
“How do we do that?”
“We have to prepare ourselves for three months.”
“Three months? Are you kidding me?”
“No, we have to both not be sick for three months, eat a proper diet, a lot of fruits and vegetables for three good months.”
“What?”
“Yes, you have to not use any chemical, medicine for the three months, you women use a lot of shampoos and makeups you have to avoid them completely. I mean the main idea is to have you purely naturally in order to conceive a good baby. On my part, I have to eat foods that will give me the best sperms on earth and foods that will enable my genes to be at their best.”
“I can not believe you are saying this, you are crazy!”
“For the three months, we have to hit the gym seriously so that we are physically fit. The day we shall make the babies it should not be any day but rather the days your eggs will be ready for fertilization.”
Sofi bursts into loud laughter as she looks at Tole.
“You are very funny, anyway let us do it as you want, the things we do for love, oh my.”
“Thank you, my darling, I want us to get a smart and good version of children.”
“Do you want a boy or a girl?”
“I want a child, any gender is a blessing from God.”
They cuddled and kissed as they made love passionately.
