“Wow! Daniel you have to see this, it’s incredible!” Lane giggled excitedly from her microscope. She was such a nerd.
Daniel humored her and gazed into the microscope. “Wow…” he feigned enthusiasm. “That’s… what is that?” It was no secret that Daniel knew nothing all about science.
“You’re so useless...” she sighed. “It’s your blood, Daniel. It’s similar to Jia’s but it’s different too in a way I’ve never seen before!” She was practically bouncing with excitement. She held Daniel’s arm and before Daniel knew what was happening she quickly grabbed a knife and slashed it across Daniel’s exposed flesh.
“OW!” he yelled, retracting his arm from her grasp. “What the f**k did you do that for?!” he inspected his arm and watched as the flesh slowly knitted itself back
