Which Is Real

" you'll remember me,I'll make sure of it" and then Eva suddenly woke up with that phrase playing in her head. She was back in her room sitting before the table with a pen in her hand. ' I really fell asleep while writing?' she asked herself. So it was all just a dream after all she thought, but it had felt so real and she could still feel a slight pain in her head. She looked at the time and got out of the chair. Her body was sore and she felt like crap. She got into her shower and stood in the hot water. It felt so good against her sore muscles.She was still a bit anxious because of her dream. She had never gotten hurt in her previous dreams. Everytime she had the dream of the masked man,she was nervous for the rest of the day and this time was no different. She was anxious even in her shower for crying out loud.

When she was done, she got out of her shower and wrapping a towel around herself,she went to her mirror to dry her hair.

She found a scar on her face not yet healed. 'A scar? why do I have a scar?' she thought and then it hit her like a tornado, IT was from her dream.She touched it lightly and all she felt was a stinging pain...

'Was it real, was the dream really real?'she kept thinking. She tried to convince herself that it was just a dream and that it wasn't real but the pain and the scar told her the opposite. She was freaking, she had no idea if it was a dream, if THIS was a dream.If it wasn't, then did that mean she was in a room with a psychopath holding a bloody knife. Then what about the things he said, he said he'd make her remember him and that she'll never forget him again. Does that mean she'd have even more of this torture??

Eva was scared now and confused. She had a cut on her face but she had woken up in her room, and now she wasn't even sure what was real.

  She tried to get her mind to think rationally and then putting on her clothes, she hurried downstairs to the kitchen only to see it empty with a note on the kitchen island and some food near it. She went to it and picked up the note, it said " Had an emergency in the hospital, had to go early. There is food on the table and have a good day darling.— L.    P.S  I might be late today" (her aunt Loren is a nurse). She kept staring at the note, now she had no one to prove her if it was a dream. She almost fell down when she saw the words written behind the note.She was about to throw the note away after reading her aunt's message when she saw something else was written behind. Something that erased every other thought, including Josh.Something that had her believe that nothing was a dream anymore.
