Seducing the alpha

Ava Yawning, I opened my eyes to a bright new day. Okay, scratch that. It's still dark. Why the hell am I awake at 3 am? Growing frustrated. I rolled out of bed and head for the kitchen. Better eat something than stare at my ceiling. I tip-toed in the dark, attempting not to wake anyone up. Im at the pack house afterall and having your room at the farthest corner did not help at all. Not that I hated it here. I actually loved living here, not to mention that I own the biggest room in the women's side of the house. I was the alphas ex after all. Yup! You got that right. He's an alpha, we are werewolves and humans don't know that yet. They failed to realize that not only the monkeys' got to evolve. Tss! Stupid human beings. I don't think humans are ready to know about us though. They would most probably freak out and haunt us. And we don't want that. Not that we don't stand a chance. But because we respect every race including humans of course. Why? That's another story to tell. Taking my last step on the stair. I moved in search for the light switch. "Where the f*ck are you?". I mumbled in an annoyed tone. "Where the f*ck who?". I squeeked in surprise from the familiar voice that is my ex's. Oh good lord. What a great way to start my day? Oh, did you notice the sarcasm. It's definitely there! I rolled my eyes in frustration, confident that my intruder wont see me in doing so. "The switch". I replied nonchalantly. I heard him walk and I covered my eyes as the light illuminated the room in a flash. I blink a couple of times until my eyes adjusted to the light. Now, where's my nutella? As if hearing my thoughts, Rodrigo reached for the second door of the drawers above the sink and pulled out my nutella. He probably did not heard my thoughts. He just know how much I love nutella. We've been together for 2 years afterall. We we're both 15 that time. Pretty young huh? Oh well, that's how things work now anyway. "So what happened?" You're probably thinking why we broke up or why I broke up with him to be exact. Werewolves couple ageing 17 below breaking up after turning 18 is no big news among werewolves pack. After turning 18, we awaken, become stronger and are able to recognize our mates. So technically, I did not broke up with him because I fell out of love for him but because I was too scared that I might not be his mate. "Thanks". I said while extending my hand out to get my Nutella from him. "Who said I'm getting this for you? You get your own". He said sarcastically after turning his back and sped up to his office. "Seriously?". He's still upset I guess. I smiled recalling his cute motion. "What brings the alphas ex in the kitchen in such an early morning with a smile tattoed on her face?". "Well, Goodmorning to you too jake." I replied turning around to the sight of a half naked jake. The Sacred Moon pack's beta. "How are you av?". "Fine. You? Just got home from patrolling?". "As you can see, yes. I was just passing by the kitchen when i saw you smiling like an i***t, so i figured to stop by." So what is it? He replied nonchalantly. "What's what?". "You smiling like an i***t?". "Oh. Nothing. Stop being nosy will you jake?. I said almost laughing. "That hurt a little av. You meanie." He said laughing. And so we laughed together. I like how things turn whenever I talk to jake. If i were to fall inlove to someone other than rodrigo it would be jake hypothetically but of course that is so not happening. Not yet! --- A/N: Well how was that? Im not really sure where Im taking this story yet. Im just writing what comes to mind so bear with me please. ?
