Nightmare
Kneeling on the tiled floor with clenched fist, straightened back and angry eyes, he stared directly at the mastermind behind he assassination.
"Why! Why! Why did you kill them? He was your brother, your blood". He spat angrily. "Do it." The mastermind ordered his favourite assassin.
The man kneeling, pursed his lips with anger as his eyes darkened the more, "How dare you com........., his speech was cut halfway as the assailant with an evil smirk on his face, plunged his knife directly at the man's heart.
Blood poured out in torrents, tears poured from his darkened eyes, the betrayal stung more painful than a bee stings.
"Your end will come, in the most brutal......w...way ever." The dying man cursed as his blood dyed the tiled floor.
The mastermind smiled, "Get me his wife and daughter, the entire family is going down." He ordered
Behind the silver curtains laid an escape route but only one person could pass at a time, a brunette haired woman held the hands of her shivering daughter.
"It's alright Aria, you are a strong girl okay' so now mummy will go out there to distract them while you escape, remember everything mom has taught you and always keep to them.
Remember you're the only hope of our family restoration, now run aria mummy loves you." She kissed the forehead of her three year old daughter, then pushed her gently behind the closed door of the secret route.
The girl never ran off, rather she peeped and watched the scene happening in the living room, from the little gaps of the closed door.
"We've found her." One of the men shouted happily.
The little girl watched her mum being dragged out and kneeled beside her bleeding father.
She watched as the assailant plunged his knife again in her father's stomach, making him spill more blood from his mouth, she saw the determined look in her mom's eyes, as she told the mastermind that he would never find her daughter.
She watched as the mastermind chopped up her mother's head in one swift move. "No stop" she screamed.
"No stop." Arianna screamed waking up from her sleep drenched in sweat, her eyes moist with tears.
Panting heavily she wiped the tears from her eyes, " This nasty nightmares always making me cry, anyway that couple were quite pitiful. But who are they?" She mumbled as she stood up heading to the bathroom.
Her trip to the bathroom was halted by the ringing of her phone.
Few minutes after answering the call arianna sighed with a deep frown, "he's always borrowing money, yet he won't pay back." She said as she sent her last cash to her cousin Matteo, being a softie was hard.
Yawning she stepped outside to get some fresh air, forgetting her original intention of standing up.
"Dad you are out here alone!" She exclaimed seating on the Stony pavement beside her dad, she noticed the empty cans of beer and the tears in his eyes, she pretended so as not to make him feel embarrassed.
"My baby why are you still awake?" Old josh asked secretly wiping the tears on his face.
"Yeah dad, couldn't sleep." Rina answered curtly. "Nightmares right?" He asked.
"Nah dad I'm a big girl now, nightmare can't stop me from sleeping." Rina laughed trying to make her dad smile.
Old josh pursed his lips staring at her face intently, "stop staring dad, you're making me blush." She joked.
"You will always be my baby rina, I just wish I could make life more easier for you." Old josh said tenderly.
"Oh daddy, you are making me emotional." Rina laughed picking a canned beer for the middle stool.
"Drop it young lady, no beer until eighteen." Old josh said sternly.
"C'mon dad, don't be so uptight I will be eighteen in two months." She whined.
"Become eighteen first mi lady, now off to bed you have an early class tommorow." He said firmly.
"Those rascals!" Arianna exclaimed inwardly, standing up she kissed her dad and went back inside to sleep.
*Vale Villa*
"Holy cow! Jake Richman vale's doctor and best friend exclaimed.
Bro what is going on here, do you want to blow out your lungs?" He asked snatching the cigarettes between vale's fingers.
"Do you have a death wish?" Vale asked coldly.
"Yes I do' would you dare kill me?" Jake asked with a smile, but diligently returned the cigarettes after seeing the deadly look on his face.
"Get out Jake, I want to be alone." Vale said nonchalantly. Jake wasn't shocked at his words, cause ever since Fernanda left him broken, those has always been vale's watch words.
"Vale why are you pushing away those that truly love you, all because of a woman who ................"Get out Jake, I won't say it again." Vale said interrupting Jake speech and staring at him with a more deadlier look, sending chills down his spine.
"Okay, I hope you get better bro." Jake said patting his shoulders, then he hurriedly left before vale erupts.
"Ahh ahh vale jelled smashing the wine bottles angrily against the wall, every moment he spent with fernanda came rushing into his head, making his heart bleed with pain.
He truly loved her, but she ruthlessly broke him without thinking twice. "Tell me nada, the years we spent together were they meaningless to you? Were they?" He asked himself punching the walls with his fists, the brutal force make his fist bloody but he felt no pains.
Grandma Mary hearing the nosie downstairs, hurriedly came down from her bed, to go check on her beloved grandson.
"Vale what's wrong? Are the nightmares still disturbing?" She asked still on the stairs, while vale stared at her calmly.
" Oh my world,are these vale? Why are you breaking bottles? Look at the cigarettes butts, how many did you smoke?" She asked rushing down the stairs.
When she got closer to vale she was startled seeing his bloodied fist. "Do you want to kill yourself vale, don't you care about me anymore? please heal vale! please heal.
Why are you hurting yourself all because of a woman?" She cried hitting him gently on his shoulders.
"Grandma tell me the truth, who is behind the murder of my parents?" Vale asked staring emptily at his grandma.
