Finally Sanctana

CHASE

We are now 243 we picked up more survivors on the way, I am responsible for so many people and I can't wait to be there. We are going to arrive around 9pm tonight. It has taken 42 days longer than we thought it would. Maddi and I have not been in contact for a few days. I have tried her on the walkie but I don't get a response.

" Convoy of Hopeful what's your ETA?"

I grab the walkie from my dash

" s**t Maddi is that you"

She laughs

" It's me silly the south of the city doesn't have walkie signal, where are you?"

" Be there around 9 can you have food ready"

" Yeah, I will have the kitchen make you guys extra. Be safe I will meet you at the gate"

" Be safe"

" And Maddi, I am so happy to hear your voice"

" Yours two Chase hurry up and get here"

" 10 4 Maddi"

Kyle: " Bro, you love her"

" I don't know her, I just know her struggle having so many people depend on you is hard and overwhelming."

" I don't know man sounds like love"

" It's not man it's respect"

We pull into the city and see streetlights for the first time in months. We see a billboard and follow it we keep following them until we get to very bright lit up gates.

"Damn"

Kyle: " look at those things burn"

I look over and the few straggling Canni's that make their way to the Sanctana fence are being electrocuted.

The gates open and I see Sargent Jones's Hummer I smile and follow her she leads us through Sanctana to huge store that has a sign

" Community Kitchen"

I pull in the lot and let everyone unload. I wait until everyone is off and sigh

" We made it we actually f*****g made it"

I hear someone clear their throat

" You made it now get the hell off that bus and hug me"

I laugh and unbuckle myself running off the bus and picking her up. She wraps around me and I never want to let go of her.

" f**k Maddi, you had me so worried"

She giggles

" Sorry, but we just started south side runs I didn't know"

" No more south side without me"

She nods against me and hugs me tighter

" If your hungry you need to put me down"

" Not happening, slide on my back"

She unwraps and I flip her to my back and we go in the kitchen. We get in and Sophie comes running toward me

" Uncle Chase"

I smile and bend down Maddi climbs off of me I grab her arm

" Where are you going?"

She smiles

" I'm putting Straten in the play pen"

She walks off picking up Straten, I look at Sophie

" What's up Sweet girl"

" Who is that?"

I smile

" That is my friend Maddi"

" She pretty"

" I know she is sweetie, what did you need?"

" That lady said they haves a school"

" I know sweetie I have you enrolled already"

Maddi bends down to us

" Hi you must be Sophie"

Sophie wraps her arms around her and Maddi smiles

" Come on princess I snuck some nuggets for you kids"

We follow her to the line and she walks around the buffet heading into a room she grabs a few big buffet trays and hands me one.

" Come on big man help us out"

I smile and grab the other tray she picks up Sophie and we head out the others gathered the kids and Maddie points. I set them down and she opens them grabbing a paper plate for Sophie and making her the first nuggets and fries.

She takes her to a table by the play pen and sits her down turning to me. I smile and wrap my arms around her picking her up again.

" Don't let go Chase please"

I smile against her shoulder

" I never planned on it Maddi"

She snuggles into my neck and I sit down

Kyle brings me a plate

" Here man, looks like you have your hands full"

Maddi giggles

" Sorry, I'll move"

I pull her tighter

" Don't you dare Joann"

She smiles at me

" Fine at least let me sit on your lap so you can eat,"

I let go and she gets up spinning around and sitting down on my lap leaning her head against me. She looks Infront of us

"Hi Kyle"

He smiles

" Hi Maddi, where's Dylan?"

" Behind you" Kyle turns hugging Dylan

" Okay, okay Kyle chill eat your dinner"

He smiles and pulls her on his lap. After we lost Mike Kyle and Dylan have been talking non stop for the past 2 months. I start eating my food and looking around at my people. A bunch of Maddi's people are talking to them and everyone is smiling and I feel safe.

" Maddi?"

" Hmm"

" Is the electric fence safe?"

She laughs

" Relax handsome there is a 4 foot brick wall on the other side"

" So how long do we have electric?"

She shrugs

" If we keep the entire city lit 4 years, If I reroute the system after Sanctana is built fully 12 maybe"

Kyle: " Fully you mean it isn't done?"

She sighs

" No with your count we are up to 790 people and I had another one of dad's soldiers contact me yesterday they are 3 days out with 140. Her name is Isabel she is coming from the west coast."

I nod

" Great, glad more survived"

Kyle: " What about supplies?"

"For now we have enough for 1000 people for over 7 years but we still do supply runs 5 times a week to finish covering the city. We have cleared the North and East. We are working on the south then we will head to the west."

I smile

" What about my people Chief you putting them to work?"

She turns her head toward me

" I'm done doing this by myself your helping me, we will give everyone assignments tomorrow. The housing girls will get them all settled for the night and then we will deal with permanent residence and everything tomorrow"

" Oh really? and exactly where am I staying tonight?"

" Don't play dumb, when you know your going to be in my bed"

I chuckle and pull her waist closer

" Just the words I needed Beautiful"

We finish eating and Maddi helps me with the kids we load them in the Hummer. She gets in and drives to a small house at the edge of Sanctana.

" Sorry it isn't much I just moved in but I set up Sophie's room and the nursery for Straten and Abi they are the same age so I figured it would be okay for now."

" It sounds great Beautiful, let's get them inside"

We unload the kids and get them in bed, she pulls me into the master bedroom. I pull her in my chest and she looks up at me. I kiss her over and over not being able to stop. I pick her up and she wraps around me in a string of kisses I carry her to the bed and lay her down. She pulls away from our kiss,

" Wait, wait Chase I've never done this"

" Shhh baby I just want to kiss you right now" She pulls me into another kiss wrapping around me again. I can't let go of her of this, everything about her I can't get enough right now.

I smile in to our kisses

" Come on baby we need to shower and get to bed tomorrow is going to be a long day"

she nods

" So who is showering first?"

She smiles and kisses me again

" We both are come on"

I follow her to the shower and she undresses, wow she is beautiful. I take off my clothes and slide in behind her, she leans back against me and I wrap around her. We stand there molded to each other for a few minutes then she pulls away handing me a body wash and A loofa and grabs hers. I set mine aside and take hers smiling as I slather the loofa. I move toward her and she backs up.

" Maddi, I will never hurt you baby come here"

She moves toward me And I spin her around pulling her back to my chest and Caressing that beautiful body of hers as I wash her. I wash her legs and back and then pull her to me again.

Turning the shower head to rinse her off, I slip my finger to her c**t and she moans.

" Chase"

I start kissing her neck

" Trust me Maddi, I promise to go slow"

She leans against me and I continue to move my finger on her c**t I slip one inside of her and she moans again. She reaches between us grabbing my hard throbbing member. She grabs my soap and slathers the loofa She turns to me and lathers my body. Every touch makes me want more of her, She turns the water on me and I rinse off as she washes her hair. I wash mine and we get out. She wraps in a towel and we head to the bedroom. She throws me a pair of shorts and puts on some undies and a night gown. I slide in bed and she lays down, I pull her to my chest and wrap my arms around her.

" Chase?"

" Hmm"

" Promise me you won't leave"

" I'm never going anywhere Maddi, I have been waiting to hold you for months. Just to tell you it would be okay"

She rubs her nose against my chest

" It's better now that your here"

" It is for me too baby"

We fall asleep together I knew the moment I saw her that I couldn't let her go. She needs me as much as I do her and I think in this crap of a new world that is all that matters.
