" Five days ahead of schedule now but the last supply run slowed us down a bit"

" They blew out my damn transformer today, It took me 7 hours to fix it"
" At least you got it fixed what are you going to do?"
" I need to fortify the power grid but I am scared to have my people out there"

Chase and I talk every night but sometimes I feel like I am all alone in this we had another convoy coming from the south, but they abandoned hope. Chase is the only other one that contacted me and I worry about them. What if they don't make it to Sanctana what if there is no Sanctana by the time they get here.
Week 10

We took the day off to let the kids play and get some energy out we are at a hotel with an indoor pool, it is well water so no containment giving us a glimmer of hope.

"Maddi, your upset what happened?"
" They got to one of my Boarder teams when they where extending Chase I lost 15 people"
" s**t Maddi, did they get in the main boarders?"
" No, our centuries got them"
" Your safe, you, Abi, Leah, your all okay?"
" Yeah, we are good just upset I lost my people"
" I know Maddi, I'm sorry you lost your people but I am glad there are so many of you still safe"

" 387 as of dinner count, Chase please please stay safe this is getting worse"

Talking to her makes me calmer I have gotten use to our late night Walkies not sure if I would have made it this far without her.
