We are getting married today, I can't be more excited. Chase stayed at Kyle's last night and took Straten with him. The girls and I are getting dressed.

I'm watching Sophie twirl in her dress

" Am I pretty mommy?"

I pull her to me kissing her head

" Beautiful princess, I love you"

Sophie started calling Chase and I mommy and daddy about 2 Months after they got here. I couldn't be happier she is my little girl no matter the circumstances.

" I pety too" My beautiful 13 month old Abigail

I kiss her head

" Yes princess"

Leah laughs

" Okay girls mommy needs to get her dress on."

I put on my dress and walk out. I am wearing a simple white satin gown that has a slit to my knees on both sides and is a halter top.

Nate is walking me down the Aisle after him and Wade served they came back to Haluna to visit my dad often. They are really great guys and the best couple I have ever met.

We get to the community Kitchen that we have been using for all the recent weddings. Usually Chase or I are the officials but today we delegated that to Isabel. Dylan escorted by Kyle go in ahead of me then Leah escorted by Wade.

Nate smiles at me

" Ready Mads?"

I sigh

" Think so yeah"

We head up the Aisle and I can't help but look at my adorable son the ring bearer and my two flower girls. I look at Chase and bite my lip smiling I have never seen him in a suit but damn he looks delicious.

Nate gives me away and Chase holds my hands smiling.

Isabel: "Sanctana celebrates today as our amazing leaders finally make their love official. Since I have been here you two have made tremendous marks on this community, with your power, brains and love for your people and each other. I still laugh every Saturday when Chase falls on his butt at the rink."

Everyone laughs

"It's my honor to unite you two in the bonds of marriage you have both written your own vows so Maddi ladies first."

I sigh looking at Chase

" 11 months ago if you told me I would be getting married today, I would have thought you where insane. If you would have told me that a burger would start an apocalypse on my birthday I would have told you you were crazy. If you told me that I was going to meet a soldier who trusted me because of my crazy father. I would have called you Psychotic, Then when I fell for his voice and the way he could calm me down in the worst of times. The moment you hugged me jumping off that bus I knew I was hooked. I never knew one person could mean so much to me but you do. You are my safety, I know where I belong and that is with you and all 4 of our babies. I love you Chase Henry Mathens and meeting you in this insane new world was the best thing to ever happen to me."

He smiles and sighs

" Chase your turn"

" Maddison you are insane, you would do anything to save your people including jumping into a hoard. My world ended that day until I heard that beautiful voice. You are my everything Maddi, I never thought I would love someone after I lost my ex girlfriend but you changed that. The way you laugh and smile, cuddling with you and the kids in bed. The little things matter you taught me that and with you there are so many little moments that are burned in my memory. I love you crazy woman, and I would never want our lives any other way. You are my safety"

I smile biting my lip

" Chase do you take Maddison Joann Jones as your Wife?"

" I do"

"Maddison do you take Chase Henry Mathens as your husband"

" Heck yes I do"

Everyone laughs

" Then by the power invested in me by the Lone City of Sanctana I now pronounce you Husband and Wife Chase kiss our Mayor"

He smiles pulling me in a kiss.

" I love you Maddi"

" I love you Chase"

We walk down the Aisle and take a picture of the two of us then one of everyone in the wedding, the last one is just us and our kids. We head back in sitting at the head table that is set up. There are no wedding gifts here in Sanctana we just enjoy bonding the people together. The people who have gotten married in Sanctana have found love in this crazy new reality. Chase and I are no different and being with him I wouldn't want anything else today or ever.

He kisses me

" Our songs on"

I hear check you for ticks and take his hand.

CHASE

As I spin my beautiful wife around the dance floor I can't help but wonder where we would have been if this never happened. I wouldn't have my crazy little bada$$ wife or my kids. Would I ever been as happy? I spin my girl around happy with my world with my life.

"SOUTH WALL"

I grab the walkie

" Canni's?"

"Nah man survivors from the f*cking base"

Maddi and I look at each other and take off running to the Hummer. I drive taking us to the west wall, Maddi Jumps out and I know who she is looking for. I finally spot him and drag her to him and she hugs him tightly.

" I thought my brother was insane, I am so glad you are okay"

" You too uncle Midas"

He isn't her actual uncle, Midas and Maddi's dad served together. Maddi's dad was on the conspiracy of the world would end staying as a drill Sargent while Midas climbed the ladder of ranks.

" Did we interrupt something?"

She smiles

" It's our wedding day"

" Well by all means kids let's go celebrate, where is your father"

I see Maddi choke up and grab her waist

" The Sarg didn't make it sir Maddi and I run things"

" Then it is in good hands let's go celebrate"

they start coming in and there are trucks and Humvees galore all loaded down with supplies and amo. We head back to the kitchen and spend the rest of the day having fun and dancing with our kids.
