Chapter 7

I closed my eyes trying to fall asleep but I couldn't I twist and turn but my eyes weren't drooping or feeling lazy with sleep, were wide and awake and its all thanks to the 'I think my fiancée is cheating on me' logic

I let out a sigh and grab my phone calling her again this time she picked up on the fourth ring

"Hey babe" she answered sleepily

"Hey don't you have work today"I asked confused as to why she was still asleep

"They cut the shoot short since its raining pretty bad down here" she replied with a yawn followed right behind

"Oh" I can't believe I accused her of cheating I must be the dumbest man in the world right now

"You alright babe" it was more of a statement than question

"Yeah I'm fine " I answered nonetheless

"How's that girl I'm pretty sure she's good enough to go back in on her own right " she stated bluntly

"Why don't you like her and she just got a job today so she'll be on her way soon"I replied

"I don't like that my man is watching after her when I'm not home when he should be watching after me only" she stubbornly replied

I can just imagine her bottom lip poking out in a pout I smiled at the thought

"Baby you know I only have eyes for you no one else" I assured her

'Sure nobody else' my subconscious repeated in a sarcastic tone 'oh shut up'

"I trust you baby I just don't trust her" she scoffed

"Baby she has nothing on you OK"I reassured her

She let's out a sigh" I love your accent babe it sounds cute and it really fits you"

I chuckled at how she just changed the subject"thanks babe and I love hearing your voice"

"Nate.. " it was more of a question the statement

"Yeah" I encourage her to continue

"Can you please kick her out" she begged

I let out a sigh"I'm trying to help her OK, I'm trying to make her get a better life she's a really nice person if you just sit down and get to know her you'll see that she is really nice "

"If you can't kick her out then ....... Were not gonna have s*x until you do" she said through the other line

"Really babe I'm still not kicking her out" I smirked

"Fine then I didn't want to do this but If you don't kick her out then i- I'll cut the marriage off " I could tell by the sound of her voice that she had a smirk

While mines went down the hole I frown at what I was hearing , she couldn't be serious, she must be lying

"You wouldn't do such a thing" I said fully alerted

"By the day I get home and if she's not out then we'll just separate because I can't stand being near her" her voice was filled with disgust

"Claire she's not even a threat.... She's not even close to your level babe don't make her seem like the bigger person I know your better than this " I was turning furious by the minute

"I am being the bigger person -" she confidently said

"No your not just because I don't kick her out you'll break our engagement off really how the f*ck are you being the bigger person huh "I cut her off

"Don't f*cking curse at me and why are you on her side you'd should be on my side your suppose to support me and make me feel better not support her and make me feel worse" she said in a soft tone as she sniffles

My anger goes away as I hear her cry, I hate when she cries it makes me feel bad especially when I caused her to

"Claire I'm not supporting her I just wanna do the right thing and help her out I will always support you but you have to understand I have to do the right thing I can't mess up not when I'm this close to take over my dad company OK"I explained trying to make her stop crying

"Why don't you take her to your brothers place " it definitely wasn't a question it was more of a demand

"Because my brother is bad news you out of all people should know that" I reply

"No, he could take care of her " she blew her noise

"My brother will do bad things to her and I don't want her to be in more trouble or more pain than she is already going through and Cason is just gonna make it worse so no Cason" I finalized

"Bye Nathaniel" she cries more through the other line

"Baby don't ,OK yes I'm really sorry that I wanna help the women I'm sorry if that makes you sad or angry but at the end of the day it is the right thing to do" I assured her

"Fine, see you in eleven days" she said

"What your staying longer " I asked shocked "but I thought you were coming next week"

"I need a break babe " she said in low voice

I pass a hand down my face "fine"

"What" she asked sounding confused

I let out a sigh " I said OK "

"Bye" she replied now angry

"Bye I love you" I said but I didn't get a reply "babe I love you"

There was another moment of silent before the line went dead I let out a frustrated groan I freaking hate life, I can't bring her to Cason or else he'll eat her alive the man well have her between his sheets day and night and I wouldn't want her to go through that, I most definitely can't throw her back in the streets that's totally out the list, but I can't loose Claire I love her ,I can't let this get in between us I have to fix it some way, I let out a sigh ,I guess I won't be sleeping tonight.

My eyes shot open due to the amount of sunlight that flashed through my window I slowly got out of bed and stretched my my muscles I let out a yawn and walked downstairs to the kitchen to find it empty again I frowned at this' she had work ' I forgot. I let out a sigh before going upstairs and get my phone and went back downstairs to the backyard I sat on the pool side chair and called my brother, if I'm going to make raina live with him we need to set up some ground rules and I need to ask him first.

The phone ringed a couple of times but he picked up

"What do you want little brother I'm busy" he grunts out

Before I can even get a word out I hear loud cries and moans in the background

"Never mind I think I got the wrong number " I lied before cutting the line off

'What are you insane or mental' my subconscious yelled, I don't know I'm asking the same question I answered

The loud ringing of the phone brought me back to reality I looked down at the callers ID to find my brothers name my thumb swipe the answer bottom

"Yeah"I asked

"What did you need, I know you don't just press my name on an accident so what did you need" he sounded more calm now

"I - well OK I -wanna ask you for a huge favor " I stuttered not knowing the right words to use

As you could see my older brother Cason and I don't speak much we would only speak or hang out when the family is having special events

"That depends ,what is it" he sounded interested

"OK so there's this girl her name is raina she lives me and Claire right now because she doesn't have a home but Claire doesn't like her and states we should kick her out so could you please help her out until her life is balance again" I finished my rant

"What do I get in exchange" he asked

"Come on men I'm your brother do I have to pay you " I didn't know if he would actually ask for something in exchange

"Everyone pays for a favor and you know what I want , I wanna be able to have fun with this raina while she lives at my house after all my house my rules" I could tell he was either smiling or smirking

"I'm sorry but no can do I'll pay you money or give you one of my cars just do-" I was cut off by a voice I know pretty well now and my face went from angry to horrified

"You know I could just leave .you could have just said you didn't want me here ,its not like I asked to be here." her voice was laced with anger

Oh no I had some explaining to do. I got up from my chair and turned towards her I swallowed my Silvia to water my dry throat

"I don't want you to leave its just my fiancée isn't really ..... Um she doesn't like other women in the house with me while she's not here that's all " half of it was true but the other half wasn't who are you fooling all of it is true my subconscious snorted at me

"I don't even know why I agreed to come with you in the first place" she said before turning around and walking back inside

I followed right on her tail "you don't have to leave to be honest I don't want you to leave I like having you as company instead of being home alone "

She didn't reply as she climbed up the stairs and turned right she opened the door to her room and went in the closet which wasn't even close to being full she took out her old jeans and the jacket and shoes

"What are you doing" I asked as she took a bag out the from the bottom of her bed and place them in it

She didn't grab anything else all the other clothes she bought she left in the closet

"What about the other clothes" I asked now confused

If your going to leave might as well take everything right, she didn't answer me as she walked towards the door I ran towards the door and closed it behind me and locked it she look up at me through her lashes

"Are you gonna move" she asked through gritted teeth

" your not leaving that's final"I state firmly

"You don't make my choices for me " she stood on her tiptoes trying to get to my height

"I like that about you, you always make your own choices and you take the blame I respect that but right now I'm telling you what's got the best and that's your going to stay over here your not going nowhere " I said blocking her hand that tried to unlock the door

"I have to get to work and your making me late on my first day"she slapped my chest

A smile form on my face at the view of her from above

"You'll be excuse " I promised her as I moved towards her

She slowly moved backwards she stopped when the back of her shin hit the mattress I moved in front of her and softly pushed her down on the bed climbing on top of her I grabbed both her wrist and placed them above her head

"Get off of me" she said through tears

"Why I like this possession you wanna know why" I asked as my face got closer to hers "because I'm in full control like this" I whisper in her ear before grabbing it lightly between my lips

"Please can you just please get off me "her voice was not as harsh as it was before

I backed up to observe her, she looked scared like really scared as if she just saw a murder or something, I looked up at her arm that was trying to break free and found another scar that started from mid arm to the pit of her armpit my hand slowly traced it, she flinch which made me quickly remove my hand away from the scar.

I slowly got off her and she quickly sit up moving to the other side of the bed and by her actions I instantly knew
