My Best Friend...
If you knew her you'd understand that she was different. We grew up very differently from each other but somehow we hit it off.
She was the daughter of a minister and I was raised by a single parent. Her family was strict about most everything and my mom wasn't as strict. Her parents didn't even allow her to watch movies with fowl language. They had the guardian on their tv.
We spent most of our time hanging out together. Even though her parents were so strict I enjoyed spending my time at her house. In the summer before her senior year and my junior she got her driver's license and we would drive to the mall and spend time walking around it.
We were what most called two peas in a pod. But then everything changes and life never stays the same. Her name was Faith.
She was different from my other friends. most of them seemed to come and go. But since we met at the age of 4 we had been joined at the hip. Anything that we did we pretty much did together. My name is Hope.
My life started out pretty rocky and her's was the complete opposite. They say opposites attract and in this friendship it was completely the truth.
