Chapter 252018—early October
“Well?” Carlton said when it was over.
“The experience I just had was almost identical to the one I had this morning,” Eric said. “Only it lasted somewhat longer, and it was about ten times more intense. What about you?”
“That sounds about like what I experienced, but I think we need to zip our pants up, go upstairs, and write everything down yet again.”
“Yeah.”
They hurried back to the house, and when they were settled at their respective desks, each of them wrote their version of the episode as they remembered it. When that was done, they sent their respective documents to the LaserJet, then Eric read Carlton’s notes while Carlton read his.
