CHAPTER 14 The room was so tense that I could feel the tension, like electricity crackling between us. It was bad enough that I was kidn*pped by a rival pack. Having the Alpha of that pack in the same room was a terrible idea. I gave my father a quick look. With his fork, he was repeatedly stabbing the piece of steak on his plate, my mother watching him with a worried look on her face.
