Dr Manning watched Jez intently. It was remarkable how Jez was different she didn't feel the pain of the trapped nerve in Cassie's shoulder nor the pain from eating that Cassie felt. It was astonishing. But now he knew that the options had grown significantly. Jez couldn't finish all the food but she could keep it down. She could be the key to fixing Cassie. Dr Black was wrong. They didn't need to remove Jez they needed to get her to agree to eat for Cassie until she could stomach food by herself.

It was 3 o'clock and Lily would be at the hospital soon so Dr Manning paid the bill despite Jez's protests that she could pay and they headed back and checked in with reception Dr Manning said his goodbyes and went on his rounds leaving Eva with Jez they talked excited that Jez could keep the food down and her colour was getting better because of the work they'd been doing with Cassie she no longer had the pale ashen skin she came in with there was colour and life to her. Eva kissed Jez and said it was time for her to get Cassie ready for Lily's visit in a few minutes.

Lily came rushing in and I cuddled her as she barreled into me excited to tell me about her day. Warren looked at me and said "you're looking better now" I nodded.

"I'm feeling better too"

We talked for hours and Warren was telling me all about the drama at the school and I laughed. There had been a few rumours flying around about me one being that I was dead. "Well they're going to be in for a shock when I come back" I said with a lighter tone to my voice than I had in a while. As they goy ready to go home my stomach twisted this was always the hardest part every day saying goodbye to my baby girl. When they left Dr Manning came in to talk.

"Looking over your chart we can release you when you've gained 4 more pounds."

My jaw dropped "really? 4 more pounds but I've already gained 4 pounds" my voice cracking I didn't want to gain anymore weight I was scared of going back to being huge again. I had accepted that I wasn't what I thought I was but I still had trouble looking in the mirror it's why the clothes had stayed in the bag. I couldn't accept that I was actually small enough to wear them still even though I knew I was.

Dr Manning saw this and noticed my hesitation. "Do it for Lily that way you can get home to her" his voice was soft. I knew he was right.

"Okay, how do I do that?"

"Start with this" he said as he handed me a lunch box. I looked up at him quizzically. He laughed "don't worry it's chicken mayo with tomatoes in a roll and a yogurt and a side of strawberries and cheese and onion crisps and an apple juice carton with a plastic straw" my face balked at the list of food he had just told me but then I laughed "how did you know about the plastic staw?"

"Jez told me what you actually like over an early dinner" he chuckled shaking his head like they had some private joke. But what concerned me is that I had locked myself so far down I didn't even know Jez had gone for food with Dr Manning.

Eating the lunch slowly and slurping my apple juice like a big kid I started texting pc Carter who's actual name is Alex as I found out. I liked him and wanted to get to know him more. Jez piped up in my head 'but what about Eva?'

I shook my head Eva was Jez's girl not mine. Jez surprisingly agreed. We shared a body we knew this but we were both still separate minds. I finished the packed lunch and my stomach ached but I kept the food down.

Jez filled me in on the dinner with Eva and Dr Manning whilst I was getting washed and as I turned around to get out the shower Eva was stood behind me. "Want me to get your back?" She asked both breathlessly and seductively. I nodded as turned around to turn the water back on. I was waiting for Jez to come and take over but she was perched on her little desk laughing hysterically at me not knowing what to do. I didn't have her confidence. Eva interrupted my panic as her bubble covered hand slowly stroked over my back working the soap lather into my skin massaging me. I moaned loving her touch against my skin and how it felt. Slowly she moved over my shoulders and down to my breasts massaging them both my n*****s perked up craving her touch as she expertly pleasured me with just her simple touch.

As my body reacted to her touch I got wetter between my legs and not from the shower.

In my mind I called out to Jez to get her to take over. Eva nibbled my ear lobes and whispered "I want you Jez"

Instantly Jez obliged and I relaxed in my box watching as the scene before me evolved.

The passion with which Jez and Eva made love had me in awe it wasn't like when Jez was with Ryan or Jack it was far more. More than carnal pleasure more than a game of who can get there first. They built on eachother growing together to reach into something more tantric. With each stroke, touch, kiss they built it up and kept it going until it cascaded down spiralling and continued to build it back up again as they became more together. It wasn't just simple intimacy. As Jez made love to Eva and Eva to Jez they built on the passion with simple touches and strokes of eachother savouring eachother the steam of the shower only adding to the atmosphere of their moans of passion and pleasure. The steam condensing on the glass barrier that Jez's hand print was embedded on almost reminded me of the car scene from the titanic but Eva was no Jack and Jez was no rose. Their hunger for eachother was insatiable.

When they were finally spent they dried eachother off and got dressed they went into the room and cuddled on the bed Eva playing with Jez's hands she began to ask more questions. "So how did you know you liked girls too?"

Waiting with baited breath for Jez to answer her.

"I've always liked both but Cassie knew she liked girls when she was in school" Jez laughed chuckling at my memory of me in school crushing on my best friend.

I had kept that part of me hidden for years until I had enough of the secrets. Secretes eat away at you until you can't take it no more. I wasn't ashamed of being different. I just didn't want to be bullied more than I already was.
