BloodBorne: 1
Araya could hear a rumble of thunder throughout the forest where she was resting. She was just silently watching outside when he heard a loud baby cry.
Its ear moves, looking for where the sound is coming from.
Araya looked at her companion to see if he also heard the child's crying. But, by an unexpected coincidence, Damino was asleep.
"Looks like I can't do anything but to move forward in the rain," Araya whispered to herself and slowly stood up.
Araya is a special tiger that is one of the powerful monsters in the forest. Almost all the animals and monsters there were terrified of her because she possessed a power that no one could measure. Not even one man tried to enter the forest where he lived because they were afraid of her.
Araya looked at her companion again before running to where the young baby was. Her fur is wet, but she ignores it.
In the minds of all creatures, Araya is a very evil monster. They don't know the kindness that Araya has.
The monster just kept running until it landed on a chariot that was already dilapidated. Araya turned her gaze upwards and shook his head in disbelief at the height of its fall.
She let out a deep sigh before it slowly approached the chariot. There Araya saw a man holding a rope who bathed in his blood. There were several stab wounds on his body that caused his death.
"Poor creature," Araya whispered and shook her head, "This man is probably the father of the baby."
Araya walked past the man and looked at some footprints of the horse away from the accident. Araya continued walking until she saw a woman with a baby in her arms, soaking wet. She thinks that the baby has only been a few months since it was born.
"Poor child," Araya said and slowly approached it.
The child continued to cry, but when he saw Araya, she immediately calmed down and smiled. The monster felt a strong heartbeat when he saw its smile. For some inexplicable reason, she suddenly felt a connection between the two of them.
The boy held out his two hands to Araya, but the monster gradually backed away because he didn't know what to do. As Araya retreated and progressively disappeared from the child's sight, the baby cried again.
The monster's forehead frowned but immediately returned to the child's sight.
`
"What am I going to do with you," she asked and brought her nose close to the child.
The baby girl was thrilled with what Araya did. With her tiny hands, she stroked Araya's cheek. The monster smiled at what the child had done. Araya seemed to feel calm every time she saw the smiles on the baby's lips.
In the distance, a loud growl could be heard, which caused Araya to turn around. The monster felt a sudden nervousness when she remembered that this place was close to the home of one of the wild monsters in the forest. It quickly picked up a basket next to the large boxes and placed it beside the baby. It also took a cloth that was not too wet and wrapped the child using the fabric. Then he looked at the two people lying on the ground, soaked and lifeless.
"I can't afford to leave your child here by your side, but don't worry, and I promise that will do everything to make her grow up kind and healthy," she said. He looked again at the baby girl, who was still smiling while staring at her.
Using its sharp fang, it bit the handle of the basket and ran. A fast pace as if death were chasing her.
Araya thought she had to leave that place because she knew the group of wolves was coming. He can fight the wolves, but he had to avoid it because she had a child with her.
Araya just kept running until it reached their territory. It was also exact that it heard a loud barking in the place where she had come earlier. He looked at the child, who was now asleep.
"I can't save your parents and give them the proper burial that they deserve as a sign of respect but, maybe they are now happy that their child is safe," she said to herself.
Araya continued to run towards her home, where her husband was waiting. After a while, she reached the front of their house.
There she was greeted by her tiger husband with a frown.
"Where have you been?" He asked and looked down at the basket that she was carrying, "What is that? Where did you get this child, My Love?"
Her husband was shocked by what he saw. He knew it was dangerous for the baby girl to stay with them because there were so many monsters here in the middle of the forest.
Araya slowly lowered the basket to the floor and smiled at her husband before closing her eyes while releasing energy that caused her fur to dry out.
"A child that I found in the woods," she said, "I know what you're thinking, but I can't just leave that there and let those monsters be fed. Don't worry, and I'll take care of protecting her."
Her decision shook her husband, but there was nothing he could do because she loved Araya so much.
"If you're happy there, I'll support you, but I'm not sure if that will take a year here. You know the monsters around us," Damino said, "But may I ask where did you get this child?"
"I saw this kid next to his lifeless parents," Araya replied.
"That's why," said Damino, "Now that you've brought it to us. We'll be responsible for her. If anything happens to her, we'll be the ones to blame."
Araya just smiled and nodded.
"Do you have a name in mind?" Damino asked when he got closed to the baby girl.
"Amanalia," Araya replied while smiling.
