Chloe shook her head and dropped all the thoughts in her mind before walking into the bathroom to take a shower while she waited for the stylist Adrian had booked for her.

A few minutes later, Chloe finished washing up.

She walked out of the bathroom and unexpectedly saw a dark lady waiting for her in her bedroom.

Chloe flinched a bit and became even angrier when she realized that the lady barged in without waiting for her to be called inside.

"Who are you and what are you doing inside my room, young lady?" Chloe asked furiously.

She couldn't afford to trust someone else after what Marcus and Lila did to her.

"Good evening, ma'am, I was sent by Mr. Blake. I will be your stylist for tonight, ma'am," the lady replied, flashing a smile across to Chloe.

Chloe quickly understood why she was here since Adrian had told her earlier on that the stylist would be with her any moment from now.

"I need to get dressed first before you start styling me," Chloe said, taking the beautiful dress to the bathroom to have a change.

Chloe came out of the bathroom a few minutes later fully dressed and looking beautiful even without a makeover.

The stylist covered her mouth in shock because of how beautiful Chloe naturally looked.

"You look extremely gorgeous," the stylist finally said, when she couldn't keep it to herself any longer.

"Thank you," Chloe said, smiling.

She went to sit in front of the mirror so the stylist could begin styling her hair and make her face over.

After three hours and a few minutes, the stylist was done making her magic on Chloe's face and hair.

Chloe looked stunning and breathtaking. Chloe couldn't believe she was staring at herself in the mirror.

"Are you sure I am still the one seated here?" Chloe asked, turning to the stylist.

"Yes, you are. My magical touch made you look more exceptional and beautiful," the stylist replied, smiling.

"Thank you," Chloe said.

She stood up, walked to the big box, and pulled out the necklace that came with the beautiful dress to put it on.

She also put on some beautiful pairs of earrings she bought some weeks ago.

The stylist stared at the beautiful limited-edition necklace as Chloe carefully wore it on her neck.

"Ma'am, I would say you are so blessed to marry a man like Mr. Blake. He is wealthy, powerful, and handsome. I'm sure every lady would wish to be in your place.

Mr. Blake is doing a great job in terms of taking care of you," the stylist said.

Immediately after the stylist stopped, Chloe heaved out a heavy sigh as she felt her throat becoming sore.

She's just in a contract marriage which will be terminated immediately after she gives birth to Adrian's child. If she can't give birth, things might turn out badly later on.

Tears were about to form in Chloe's eyes as she thought about the contract marriage, but she held them back so as not to ruin her beautiful makeup.

She sniffed her nose as she looked into the mirror.

"You don't need to cry. I am standing behind you, also wish to be in your position. Clean off your tears and stay happy," the stylist said, patting Chloe's back softly.

The stylist took out her handkerchief and handed it over to Chloe to clean off the tears that were attempting to fall.

"Thank you," Chloe muttered, collecting the handkerchief.

A few minutes later, a maid came to inform Chloe that the driver was around already.

"The driver to pick you up is here already ma'am," the maid said from outside the door.

"Alright," Chloe replied, and the maid walked away instantly.

The stylist walked out of the room first, leaving Chloe to stare at herself in the mirror and pick up a few things she would need before coming out.

Chloe heaved out a heavy sigh of relief before opening the door. She walked majestically out of her room and descended the stairs.

The maids standing around couldn't believe what they saw, it was as if an angel had just fallen down from heaven.

Chloe looked beautiful and stunning. The stylist really did a great job of making her look beautiful.

The driver wasn't left out in being shocked at Chloe's beauty, and he kept staring at her through the side mirror till they got to the five-star exclusive hotel where the event was to take place.

The driver parked, and Chloe got out of the car. She looked up and saw Adrian waiting for her at the entrance of the hotel.

Adrian had an aura around him that made him look scary to everyone who tried staring at him.

Chloe swallowed hard as she walked closer to him, staring at the floor with her eyes.

"Why did you keep me waiting here for fifteen minutes?" Adrian asked harshly, checking his time.

Adrian's bold voice made Chloe flinch a bit. Adrian looked at Chloe from head to toe and couldn't hide the fact that she was very beautiful, ranging from her hair down to her five-inch heels.

The dress looked beautiful on her, it was as if the seamstresses had known her before sewing the clothes, it was her size and it looked perfect for her shape.

Adrian had wanted to tell Chloe to go home and change her dress because of how beautiful she looked, but he quickly held himself back because he might end up embarrassing her.

Adrian and Chloe walked in as the security at the entrance opened the door wide for them to go in.

Adrian pulled Chloe close to him as they walked in. Chloe was taken aback. She stared at Adrian's hand before turning to stare at the floor.

"Raise your head, you are Adrian Blake's wife. No one can look into your eyes and bully you as long as you tell them that you are Adrian Blake's wife," Adrian whispered loud enough for Chloe to hear.

Chloe blushed silently as she felt Adrian's breath behind her neck.

She looked up to stare at the beautiful hall.

Immediately, they both stepped into the main Hall, and it seemed everything that was going on stopped at the same time.

It was more or less like Adrian and Chloe were the only beautiful couple present in the hall as everyone turned to take a look at Adrian's wife.

Oh wow! The most beautiful couple around.
