An Introduction to the Omegaverse What is Omegaverse? Omegaverse takes place in an alternate reality where men get an extra set of genders when they come of age, namely Alphas, Betas, and Omegas who are male born who can get pregnant. Alphas are at the top of the hierarchy, betas are known as regular men, while omegas are physically weak and release strong pheromones when they go into heat. This pheromone can send an alpha into a rut, turning them wild with lust, thus, a lot of alphas attack omegas who are in heat. This is the reason why omegas are usually shunned and abused by other people, particularly, by the superior alphas. Alphas are further divided into two kinds – regular and dominant alphas. Regular alphas have no control over their pheromones and are easily affected by the pheromones of omegas in heat. Dominant alphas, on the other hand, can control the release of their pheromones and have a higher tolerance against omegas. There are no dominant omegas. Or so, they say. They have no control over their own bodies when they go into heat, and need to drink strong suppressants to stop the release of their pheromones. These suppressants usually come with adverse side effects. Ano ang Omegaverse? Ang Omega-universe ay isang alternatibong realidad na kathang isip lamang. Ang mga omega naman ay mga kalalakihan na may kakayahan na mabuntis at manganak. Ang mga omega ay nagpapakawala ng kakaibang amoy o pheromones tuwing kabuwanan ng kanilang 'heat'. Ang pheromones na ito ay maaring makaapekto sa mga alpha, nagwawala sila at nagiging parang mga hayop na hayok sa laman. Dahil dito ay maraming mga omega ang namomolestya, at ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit mababa ang tingin ng ibang mga tao sa kanila.
