Chapter 18“Do you think your family bought it?” asked Alex, snuggling closer to Xander and pushing his nose against the taller man’s neck.
“Maybe,” answered his lover, idly stroking Alex’s shoulder, luminous in the dim light. “Clever way to get permission to spend the night with you, though, you have to admit.”
Alex snorted softly. “Your bed would have been better. I’m a little crowded crammed into this twin.”
“That would have been way weird, to go to my place. They’ll be up all night talking about it, worried about how you’re taking it. And, by the way, not my fault your parents furnished your room like a little boy’s.”
“I was a little boy.”
