Chapter 10: why me, mom and dad?

I decided after Logan and I left.. thatI just wanted him to take me home. I just wanted be alone. We stopped in front of my apartment, before getting out, I turned to him and said.
“I think you should keep your job, and i walk.” I said to him.
“What! No. I would rather have the girl then the job.” He replied.
“I never said I would leave you if that was the case then we would both have a job right now.” I said to him. I just need some time, because the last two days have been crazy and confusing..I just need time Logan. Please.”
“I understand, babe. I love you. Please call me, I don’t wanna lose you again.” He said, making me upset.
“I love you too.”
As I got out of the car and I grabbed my bags and headed up the stairs. I turned my phone off in the process. I sat on the couch, just thinking. Then it hit me, Liam will be as soon as he leaves. I left him a note on the counter knows he will let himself inside grabbed my keys, my bag and left.
I got in my car, not knowing where I was gonna go, I decided to go to the one person that I know that won’t make me talk..my grandmother.
I started the car and left. I arrived at her house and got outta the car, and walked into her house.
“Grandma!!!?” I said out loud.
“Honey, what are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be at work?” She asked me.
“It’s a long story” I said to her.
She told me if and when I’m ready to talk she is here. I decided to catch her up with what has happened this last month. She gave me a hug and told me no matter what she’s proud of me. As we sat and talked about other things for the next couple hours.
****knock knock knock****
I got up to answer the door, and to my surprise it was Spencer. Who I felt like I haven’t seen much this last month, and with him dating this new girl. To be honest, I was glad that he was here. He was one of the people that hasn’t got my head spinning.
“Spencer, what are doing here?” I said smiling at him.
“Can I come in? I wanted to see if you were ok!”
I nodded. As he came in, he gave my grandmother a hug and sat down on the couch with me. My grandmother got up and said she would make some of her special hot chocolate. When she left the room, he turned to me.
“Liam, told me what happen, I’m sorry.” Spencer said.
“It is what it is.” I said, smiling.
“So I wanted to tell you something. Or more like ask for a favor.” He said to me.
He told what his dad talked about with them both, and he told her he couldn’t go, because he was going outta town to meet his girlfriends parents for a couple days. He asked me if I would go with Liam, so he doesn’t f**k anything up, and just give Liam and I a chance to hang out like we used to. I thought about for a few minutes and agree! He smiled, we drank some hot chocolate. He also asked me before leaving to wait til Liam asked me, so Liam doesn’t get mad for going behind his back. I agreed, as I hugged him before he was leaving.
I hung out with my grandma for a few more hours before heading home. I turned my phone on, before taking off. I had many texts from Liam, I decided to text him.
Me: Hey buddy, whatcha up to?
Liam: just chillin, you ok?
Me: I think I may ok, not fully. I am about to head home.
Liam: can I come over? I wanna ask you something.
Me: Not tonight, but why can’t you ask me right now?
Liam: ok…
Next thing I know my phone is ringing, and it was Liam, I answered it, he told me what was going on, even though I already knew. Then he ask if could go with him and I said yes.
“Awesome, I can’t wait to send sometime with my best friend.” He said to me.
“Same, dork. I’ll talk to you later.” I said to him and hung the phone up.
I decided it it was finally time to drive home. I got home, and I just was tired. I go into the building and start walking towards my door. I see no other then Madison sitting at door. How? Why? What? She looked angry before I could even walk away she saw me. I walk towards her…
“Why are you here? How did you get my address?” I said, as I grab my keys.
“Don’t worry about it. Listen we need to talk, about Logan. He’s mine b***h, you need to stay away from him before I kick your f****** a**.”
That’s when I let myself in, trying to shut the door before she got in but that plan back fired.
“Clearly he don’t want you, you cheated with his best friend.” I said to her.
Next thing I know she slaps me, and proceeds to tell me to leave Logan alone again. Next thing I noticed to my relief there stood Logan at my door..
“What the hell are you doing here, Madison?” Logan says surprised to see her in my living room,
“About to kill a b**** for stealing my man.” She was looking about at me.
“Honey, it ain’t stealing if he was my man first.” I said to her, rolling my eyes.
She went to attack me again, but before she could Logan grabbed her.
“ I need you to get her out of my apartment now.” I said looking pissed off.
She finally decided to leave my apartment, but before she left she turned to me and said;“This isn’t over.”
I sighed. Then screamed
“This is bulls***!!! When I moved into the apartment, I was so happy to have a fresh start, to have my own place, and a real job and have no more drama. Did that happen no!” I said getting frustrated.
“I am sorry, babe…” before he could finished I interrupted!
“I just need time to think about what I really want, because this right here isn’t working for me, I got a crazy pregnant b***h wanting to fight me.”Not only that I just lost my job. I just can’t, I am just so over dealing with this bulls***!! “You left me, your the one that ended every single time, and yet here I am getting punished for it.” I said.
“You know you’re right…” he said as he turned towards the door before leaving.
I rolled my eyes, and just wanted to go take a shower and go to bed. I was just so over this week!
I got outta the shower, and asked myself why me?
“Mom, dad why me? What have I done to deserve all this. I am good person. I miss you guys.” I said starting to cry.
As I went and put some pjs on, and just laid in bed thinking.
