Casey’s P.O.V

  My eyes opened and I looked over at Jake who was lying next to me, sound asleep. I must not have been as tired as I thought though because when I looked at the clock on the nightstand it had been less than two minutes since the last time I looked at it. It was weird and I don't know why but somehow I felt different and I didn't like the feeling at all. I turned on my side, facing Jake and propped myself up on my elbow, scanning Jake's body, but when I looked down at myself I noticed that I was only wearing my bra and panties. Well, this is going to have to change, I thought to myself as I carefully got on top of Jake and straddled him. Jake's eyes shot open, looking at me surprised and then a smirk formed on his face as he rested his hands on my hips.

  "Casey, what are you doing?" Jake asked, smirking at me.

  "Nothing, just this." I replied, leaning down and capturing his lips with mine. I deepened our kiss as his hands moved to my ass, squeezing it hard.

  "Well, that was a nice wake up call. I could get used to this." Jake said, happily smiling.

  "Wait there's more." I replied, ripping my bra and panties off and inserting his already hard c**k inside of me, making Jake throw his head back and moan.   "Now that was a nice wake up call, wasn't it?" I said, giggling and Jake nodded his head.

  "Yes it was. Are you thirsting?" Jake asked, but I shook my head.

  "Not right now I'm not." I replied and Jake nodded, pulling me closer to him. After we had finally got up, showered,dried and dressed, Jake and I spent the whole day together. He gave me the full tour of his house and showed me everything, his stallion, his other cars and even where the mated vampires stayed. He pointed out who were the guards, who were the warriors and pretty soon it was time for me to head back home to the pack house. I was a little nervous about returning there and I just hoped no one would be mad at me for letting Jake mark me. We left Jake's house after saying goodbye to Lucas and Faith and after an hour of travelling we had finally arrived back at my house.

  "Thanks for taking me to yours and keeping me safe and well just everything you have done." I said, he nodded and smiled at me.

  "You're welcome, I'll link you later casey, I need to head home." Jake replied, kissing my cheek. I got out of the car and made my way to the house, waving at him once I reached the front door, he waved back and then drove off. I walked in the house, knowing that I needed to talk to Ryan and I just hoped that no one here hated me. I still didn't like how I was feeling, I felt weird and i didnt know if this was normal or how I was meant to be feeling, it didn't feel natural to me. I went upstairs to my room, closing the door behind me and I wasn't in here no more than twenty minutes when there was a knock at the door. I knew exactly who it was, I could smell his scent of lemon and strawberries, he smelt amazing. I just wanted some time to myself, but I knew he wouldn't go away so I opened the door and Ryan was standing there with flowers in his hand.

  Ryan P.O.V

  I was so excited to see her, but at the same time I felt really nervous. What if she rejected me? Had anyone told her about rejecting a mate and if so would she do it? What if she just wanted to be with jake?

  "Can I come inside?'' I asked and she nodded, opening the door wider for me to step inside. She closed the door behind me and turned to look at me, we stood in silence for a few minutes, just staring at each other. I knew exactly what she had become, but I didn't care, to me she was still just as beautiful as ever and she was my mate. I needed to talk to her, but where do I begin? I looked around and saw a chair beside the wall, I walked over to it and sat down just as she sat on the bed opposite me. I couldn't help notice the mark on her neck and I looked down, not wanting to see it again.

  “Listen Casey, I know you and Jake are mates, but so are we. I want to be with you, I want to protect you, to always make sure that you are safe and I promise that I will neer hurt you. I know you have already been through so much, hell you've been through enough to last a lifetime and I just want to be there for you, to be there with you through the good times and the bad. These flowers are for you, because you smell like roses and tulips, so there are two tulips with roses in there." I said, lifting my head to look up at her and I saw that she was smiling, but then her smile turned into a frown. Casey clutched her stomach, like she was in pain and suddenly she screamed. I had seen this before, it's what happens when a mate betrays the mate bond by cheating.

  "KATHERINE!!" I screamed, my eyes going wide, not knowing how to help her. Katherine came running into the room and as soon as she saw Casey doubled over on the bed, crying in pain she knew what was going on. Casey was crying and begging us to make the pain go away when suddenly it stopped. Casey was still crying, but she had stopped clutching her stomach and sat up on the bed.
