“Either simultaneously with the stab wound or perhaps immediately following the inflicting of the wound, the woman appears to have been struck on the back of the head, what you would term a blunt force trauma, I believe.”
“Any chance that she might have just hit her head on the side of the ship as she fell over the railing?”
