AUTOPSY
The latest gathering of Ross’s team began with the squad still buzzing with Derek McLennan’s baby news. As a long-time member of the squad, the detective sergeant was not only well-respected, but was immensely popular, and his colleagues were all delighted for him and his wife Debbie. Ross allowed a few minutes for them to talk about his news, asking when the baby was due, how Debbie was and so on and then, brought the meeting to order.
