The church

Sradha walked behind her. Her eyes were overflowing as well as her mother's. Sradha don't know where her mother was going. Only thing sradha could do is follow her mother. As she walked out of college, she saw some of her friends. She looked at them. They don't know what's happening.
Her mother went out of college and walked without saying anything. She walked towards jm hospital. Sradha followed her. Sradha could guess that they are going to jm hospital itself.
Sradha texted Ram "I don't know what's happening. I think we are going to jm hospital."
Her mother noticed sradha texting. They reached jm hospital and uttered no word to each other.
Sradha's mother reached op counter and took an op ticket for one of the known gynecologyst Dr S kumar. She know the doctor personally. She walked to second floor of hospital without saying anything. Sradha followed her. They waited infront of a room. Infornt if the door the name of doctor with his degrees were written. As their choice come, the nurse announced "sradha....."
Her mother stood up and walked into doctor's room. Doctor asked them to sit. He smiled at them, and asked
"what happened? "
On hearing the question Sradha's mother started crying. The doctor could understand the scenario. He lowered his voice and said "calm down calm down. What happend.."
"This is my daughter. And she has cheated on me" Sradha's mother said and cried again.
"Don't panic. Let's check first. I'll write down for a pregnancy test. You calm down and go to lab first." the doctor advised.
She stood up and and walked out of the room to lab. Sradha followed her. She couldn't see nothing Infornt of her. She couldn't hear anything but her mother's weep.
They reached laboratory and give the op ticket in counter. After some time a technician came and handover a bottle to Sradha's mother.
"Collect urine in this bottle and put it on the table. The result will be ready in an hour." The technician said.
Sradha's mother handed over the bottle and said pointing to the toilet
"Go and collect "
Sradha couldn't resist. She walked into toilet and collected urine and came back. She put it on the table and sat near her mother. Suddenly she received a message in her phone.
'In which floor " it was Ram's message
"First floor" she replied.
Sradha's mother noticed this and asked " what are you doing? Are you texting him?? Give your phone"
Sradha handed over her phone to her mother. She switch off it and kept it in her hand bag. Suddenly Ram came to the floor. He was following his father.
They come and sat on a bench in two three meters distant form them. Ram raised his eyebrows and asked "what's going on" with his gestures. Sradha didn't replied anything. she sat silently. Her mother noticed them.
"Who is with him?" Sradha's mother asked sradha.
"His father" sradha replied.
"Why are they here? Have you asked them to come?"
Sradha nodded.
"Sradhaa...." Technician called out. Her mother stood up and collected the result paper.
As she open it and read, tears rolled down her cheeks.
She silently walked to doctors room.
Ram and father stood in middle way. But they didn't spoke to each other. Sradha and mother entered doctors room and she started weeping again.
She handed over the result to doctor. Doctor checked the result.
"Calm down. Calm down." Doctor said.
"Let's get them married. What about the guy? Is he is good?" Asked the doctor
"No doctor. He is a divorcee. A fraud guy. A criminal " said Sradha's mother.
"She chosed it. Let them live and let her suffer. "
"No doctor. I can't let my daughter fall into such a dirty pit"
Doctor asked sradha to leave the room for a moment. As she came out, Ram come towards her and asked what happend.
His father was there. Sradha didn't say anything to him.
"I don't know Ram" sradha said.
Suddenly Sradha's mother came out and looked at them. His father came forward and said to her mother.
" look, what my son did is wrong. Let's talk about future ''
'Look sir, I don't want to talk to you at all. Please let us go" her mother said and walked out.
"Ask him not to follow" her mother said to sradha.
Sradha didn't replied and walked along with her.
They come out and took an auto to a beach side church. They often went there. The journey took half an hour. They didn't spoke a word.
They reached the church. Her mother sat silently in a bench. She called her son and asked him to come to church. He came and came to know all that happened. He looked at sradha helplessly.
They sat inside the church for some time.
He said
"Maa.. I think we have to inform this to someone else whom we belive so that we can sort it out"
"Yes. I think we should call paul" mother said.
"Ok call him and ask him to come here. Don't say anything more until he comes here"
"Ok"
Paul is their family friend. He was always the backbone of Sradha's family more than her father. Sradha's mother met paul 15 years before. Then he was nothing but a coworker of Sradha's mother. A boy of 23years who was used by his uncles and aunties. His father was dead and mother was missing. Sradha's mother helped and stand with him. Now he is married and has 2 children and has lakhs of assets. They are loyal to each other. Their familes became friends.
Within half an hour paul came. Sradha, mother and her brother was sitting on sand outside the church. He came to them and asked with a smile
"What happened?"
"Sradhu has cheated on us dear..." Sradha's mother started crying again.
Paul's smile faded.
He sat near them and heard every thing.
He sat with his head down.
