Chapter 26 THURSDAY EVENING, AT choir practice, Tom and Noah were deluged with questions about their trip. He finally put an end to it, saying, “Okay, kids, we have work to do. Maybe we can have a rehearsal at our house next week, and Noah and I can bore you to death with pictures from our travels. Meanwhile, it’s time to do some vocal exercises.” He’d deliberately chosen some rather spectacular, if not downright flashy, music for Sunday.
