Chapter 3: The Invitation 💌

On Wednesday afternoon, Alex received a text from Taylor. "Hey, girl! I just got us invited to Ethan's party on Friday night! It's going to be epic!"

Alex's heart skipped a beat. She had heard rumors about Ethan's parties, and she couldn't believe she was actually invited.

"OMG, that sounds amazing!" Alex replied. "But are you sure it's okay? I don't want to crash anything."

Taylor responded, "Trust me, it's fine. Ethan specifically asked for you to come. He's really interested in getting to know you better."

Alex blushed at the thought. She had always thought Ethan was cute, but she never thought he'd notice her.

Meanwhile, Ethan was discussing the party plans with his friends. "I'm telling you, guys, this is going to be the best party of the year. And I've got a special surprise for Alex."

Lucas raised an eyebrow. "What kind of surprise?"

Ethan just smiled mischievously. "You'll have to wait and see."

As the day went on, Alex couldn't focus on anything except the party. She couldn't wait to see Ethan and find out what he had planned.

Chapter 4: The party 🎉

Friday night arrived, and Alex felt like a kid on Christmas morning. She had spent hours getting ready, trying on different outfits and doing her hair and makeup just right.

Taylor picked her up at 7 pm, and they arrived at Ethan's mansion just as the party was getting started. The music was pumping, and the lights were flashing. Alex felt a little overwhelmed but also excited.

Ethan greeted them at the door, looking handsome in his black shirt and jeans. "Hey, Alex! Thanks for coming. I'm really glad you could make it."

Alex smiled and felt a flutter in her chest. "Thanks for inviting me. Your house is amazing!"

As they made their way through the crowds, Alex saw some familiar faces from school. There was Madison, Ava, and Sophia, all dancing and having a great time.

But then she saw Julian, Liam, and Caleb, Ethan's friends, watching her from across the room. They looked like they were sizing her up, and Alex felt a shiver run down her spine.

Suddenly, Ethan took her hand and led her to the backyard. "I want to show you something," he said, his eyes sparkling with mischief.

Alex wondered what he had planned, but she was eager to find out.
