Friends?

    I have been here for an hour now. Hannah hasn't came back from her new lover yet and I still feel Jack stare everywhere I go. Plus I finished the tequila and I'm bored now. I looked at the bar in hopes is not busy so I can talk to Alex but it was worst then hour ago. So I planned on finding Sarah. I push my way through the crowd. There is lots of people here I'm surprised no one is at anyone's throat.

   I managed to get out of the crowd and I see Sarah talking with some important people. She looked beautiful in the dark red tight fitted dress. I sighed and turned around to go back to the table just to see Alice standing in front of me with bottle of vodka.

  "I'm sorry for everything me and Jakob done and for not coming over when you invited me for coffee. I'm so sorry for the thing in the cafe." From her eyes there were tears coming out as she was apologising to me with the bottle shoved in my face. "This is for you." At this point her make up was running down making her look worst then banshee. Mascara smudged down her cheeks and large bobble coming out from her nose plus her lips were in some weird crippled line. I couldn't help but laugh at this image. I was laughing so much I could feel tears in my eyes. On a other hand Alice didn't knew what to do her hands were making random movements, which made me laugh even more.

   "Is okay" I blunted out though tears of joy.

   "So I can talk to now" she looked at me and I tried to not to have another laugh attack. "Yes ,plus I'm not going to drink that by myself" I smiled and grabbed the bottle. "But let's fix this mess OK?" I said as I put my hand on her shoulder. She smiled with the brightes smile I ever seen her do.

  Took us 30 minutes to sort ourselves out and Alice dragged me to her table were I could see Jack. Great. But I also could see Jakob who had a hopeful look as we was approaching them.

   "I guess you not angry at us?" He asked with shadow of a smile.

    "Never was in a first place. I mean I'm happy to start from a beginning if that makes you happy" I put my hand out to greet him. "Beatrice." He shakes my hand " Jakob, nice to meet you." Then we both burst into a laughter, whereas I could feel Jack death stares from the opposite side of the table.

   "Let get drunk!" Alice screamed giving me the bottle to drink straight from. I wish we could have been like this from the beginning. After the first few round, I got dragged on the dance floor by Alice and she was already drunk so dancing was more like making sure she doesn't fall over. I got to know a lot about her, like that at very young age her parents past away an the other witches left her for death and how she found Jakob in woods and saved him. Then when he woke up he found out the she was his mate and that's how she got accepted to one of the most powerful werewolf pack.

  "How did you managed to do such powerful spells" she asked as I sat her down. "I'm from a bloodline of witches who pass their powers down to new born making stronger then any other witch." She gived me a confused look." Basically I'm connected to my ancestors though the magic my mother passed down on me. Plus I travel a lot so I learned different styles of magic and started to create my own spells." Her eyes showed glimpses of respect and amusement.

 "Jakob, think you should take her home" I shouted him over and he nodded. I could see Alice waving her small hands goodbye to me. It made me smile.

 "Got you a drink" deep sharp whispered into my ear. I jumped up looking at who it was. "Jack, do you ever plan on giving up?" I asked  with annoyance, which made him grin at me. "Not yet Beatrice, or do you prefer Bea?" 

   I sighed heavily looking into his hazelnut eyes. "Call me whatever you want and thanks for the tequila" I smiled at the end.

   "So" he grabbed my hand sending shives up to my elbow. "How about we start from beginning too?" I looked at him with suspicion. "What like friends?" His eyes showed annoyance and he let out a sigh." Yes friends. If I have to start from the beginning. " I smiled.

  I grabbed my tequila and got my hand out of jacks grip "Well I will see you later then " I spinned on my heel and went to talk to Alex as the bar looked so more empty now as the clock was hitting midnight soon.
