After I hurried out of the food court, I found myself at the front door of Esther’s. I’ve actually been standing here for the past two minutes, battling my inner thoughts on where to leave or knock. I finally mastered the courage, it didn’t take long till the door was opened. Esther was the one who opened it, she stood there with a really short short and a tiny crop top that didn’t cover much, her flat tummy was visible and there was a piercing. “Hey, were you busy?” I rubbed the back of my neck. “No. I was really bored actually, please come in.” she stood aside from the door making way for me, the door was closed behind me when I got into her house. I followed her up the stairs to what seemed to be her bedroom. There was an good number of photos on one side of the room and the other side was covered in purple paint. “So you’re not one of those obsessed pink lovers, that reassuring.” I walked over the her bed and sat down. “Pink and me, were enemies before I was born.” she walked over towards the bed and sat down. “And are you not those obsessed pink lovers?” she raised her eyebrow in question. I couldn’t help it but burst into laughter, who did she take me for. I literally never wore pink, never. “Sorry, it’s just really funny. No I’m not, I despise pink I’m more of a black, blue and purple type of person.” “I’ve noticed, do you know what’s really funny?” I looked at her in shock, her tone was different, more daring. She didn’t wait for my reply, she jumped me then started tickling me hard. My eyes started watering and my breathing became uneven, no matter how hard I tired pleading her to stop, she didn’t. I finally mastered the strength, I was now on top of her, my hands pinning her to the bed. My eyes wondered to her lips then back into her eyes, there was a hint of lust in them. I started to lean in closer and closer, her eyes never leaving mine. I was an inch from her lips, my eyes traveled to her eyes, quietly asking for permission, they flickered of only lust for a moment, that’s when I crushed my lips on hers. She didn’t hesitate to kiss me back, her lips moved in sync with mine. My heart was running a mile and my mind was blank, my stomach was in tight knots. My hands started to let go of hers as they moved all the way to her waist, her arms griped the edges of my shirt pulling me against her even more. I couldn’t believe Esther Blair was kissing me back. The tips of her fingers started to roll off my shirt, we stopped kissing for a second as the shirt passed over my head. Then I leaned back in for another kiss, even more passionate than the first. I felt her skin move along my wrist pulling me even closer to her body, my thigh moved In between her legs and she let of a moan. “Blair girl! I better find you guys f*****g dressed in there, or I’m going to lose it and I’ll kill Martin.” We both jumped from eachother’s hold, I quickly search for my shirt, I sat on the bed waiting for who ever it was to walk in, but who the f**k was martin. The door flew open, there stood a slender tall girl, her brown hair tips had tint of yellow, she had a blue skirt on that was above knee height with a similar crop top Esther had on. She stepped into the room with dominance. “s**t! You we’re not f*****g Martin, bitch.” she placed her hand over her mouth when she saw me. “I wasn’t f*****g anyone, Lizzy.” Esther straighten herself while I just looked at them puzzled, who was Martin. “Lizzy, this is Ruby King a friend.” she placed emphasis on the word friend, it kinda broke my heart a little. I quickly recovered from the tiny pain, “Hey, nice to meet.” I gave her friend Lizzy firm handshake. “Well it’s certainly nice to meet you, Chocolate cake.” She gave me a very flirty wink, Esther sighed. “Forgive her, thing’s don’t work in there. This Elizabeth, my best friend.” I spent the who afternoon with Esther and Lizzy, it was a pretty good distraction but then Lizzy left and I was stuck with Esther in awkward silence. “I’m sorry about the kiss, I shouldn’t have done that.” My eyes were fixed on my feet, I didn’t want to look at her, I knew she just kissed me back for the hype of the moment. “It’s actually okay. It meant nothing anyway.” I felt my heart break, Esther would never view this than more than a mistake that meant nothing. I rubbed the back of my neck nervously then gave her a forced weak smile, “Yeah nothing.” But everything, it meant everything Esther. “I should go” I got up from her bed, walking towards the door in a hurry, my heart was aching I needed to be alone. “Goodnight Rue.” she said from where she was, she gave me a nickname, I was both sad and happy, I gave her a smile before walking out. I exhaled the moment I was out in the open, two heart breaks in one day. I got into my car and drove off, I really needed sleep. As soon as I arrived home, in my room. I threw myself on the bed, my body was tired and I was mentally drained and broken. I growled into my pillow, I wanted to scream, cry but nothing came.
