Chapter 15

I could hear people running around like chickens with their heads cut off as I sat in my dressing room.

Tonight is the night that I perform a new song live that only a select few have heard.

"This outfit would look really nice". My stylist said hold up a red one piece.

"I need something more settle not so bright". I said looking at him through the mirror.

"How about this gold one". He asked holding up a different one.

"I actually really like that one". I said and he nodded walking away.

"So I'm going to straighten your hair and cut the ends". My hair stylist said playing in my hair.

"I think that would be cute". I said nodding and he got started.

|45 minutes later|

My hair and makeup are done and I'm in the process of putting on my one piece.

"So they have another artist performing tonight as well". Denise said walking into my dressing room.

"Really, who is it". I ask finally getting the outfit on with the help of my stylist.

"They haven't said but you're performing first". She said and I nod.

"You have 10 minutes". Someone said knocking on the door.

"You ready". Denise asked my and I nodded taking a deep breath.

Walking out of the dressing room towards the stage I hear people chanting my name. Hearing myself be introduced I walk out on the stage waving.

The music started playing and I take a deep breath before I started singing.

|2 hours later|

"Alright before I leave I have one more song I want to sing". I said before taking a sip from my water.

"I have someone I want you all to meet Blu come here". I said looking on the aide of the stage where Denise was holding her hand.

Letting her go Blu ran over to me with a smile on her face as everybody awed.

"This is my daughter Blu I wanted to keep her out of the public's eye while she was a baby but I figured it was time to let the world know". I said looking out into the crowd.

"This song is for her". I said and the music started to play.

"Sometimes these walls seem to cave in on me

now let's live it up". Grabbing her hand she started to smile.

Everybody started screaming and clapping.

"Thank y'all". I said before walking off stage.

I look around but I don't see Ace anywhere around so I walk back to my dressing room.

"We need to talk". I heard someone say as soon as I closed the door.

Now he wants to talk...
