Love Through Music

Chapter 13

I scrolled through my phone holding Blu with one arm as my hairstylist did my hair. I only have Blu because I trust my hairstylist since I've known him for a few years and he never tells my business.

"I was thinking I would do some loose curls". He said looking at me through the mirror.

"Yeah that's fine I don't really like tight curls that much on me". I said looking at him through the mirror with a small smile.

"I need you to do some vocal warm ups". My vocalist said walking up beside me.

"I already did them a few minutes ago so I'm ready to go". I said and she smiled rubbing my shoulder.

"Always one step ahead". She said before walking away.

|30 minutes later|

My hair was finally done and the nanny came and got Blu.

Right now everybody is running around the room trying to help me get dressed. Some people were putting on my shirt some were helping me put on my pants all while I was getting my make up put on.

"Okay it's time for you to hit the stage". Denise said walking into the room.

Walking over to her she hands me the microphone as we walked out of the room.

Standing on the side of the stage they introduce me and I walk out waving with a smile on my face.

"Y'all ready". I ask looking out into the crowd as they screamed.

|3 hours later|

Walking off of the stage Denise comes over handing me a towel.

"Thank you where's Blu". I ask looking around as I wiped my face.

"She's in your dressing room sleeping". She said as I started walking to the back.

Walking into the dressing room I see Blu sleeping in her car seat causing me to smile.

Going over to her I squat down a kiss her cheeks a few times before standing up.

"You have a studio session booked tomorrow and an interview". Denise said as I took off my clothes behind the wardrobe curtain.

"What time because I want to spend a little time with Blu before I go". I said slipping my shirt on over my head.

"The interview is at 4 and the session is at 7". She said looking down at the notepad she always carries.

"Oh and before I forget Ace did an interview with Steve and Steve asked about you so Camilla was being petty". She said as I wiped makeup off of my face.

"So if people ask you about how you feel on what she said just say no comment or simply don't reply". She said looking at me through the mirror before I turned around.

"I'm not worried about her". I said walking over shaking the babysitter waking her up.

"Here's 200". I said handing her the money and she got up smiling before hugging me.

"Thank you". Cree my babysitter said before leaving.

Making sure Blu was strapped in I put the cover over her and hand walk out handing the car seat to one of the guards.

While I walk out of the front they walk out of the back getting her into the car so that paparazzi won't see her.

"Follow them". I said to Denise as I pointed to the guards.

"Oh trust me I was". She said causing us both to laugh before walking away with them.

Some of my other security guards walked me out of the front. And as soon as we were outside cameras were flashing and people where holding microphones in my face.

"Did you hear about Aces interview with Steve". One person asked holding a microphone out.

"Do you plan on getting back together". Another one asked and I kept walking.

Finally making it to the car I get in and the driver pulls off.

"I'm so tired". I said leaning back into the seat closing my eyes.

"You're going to need all the sleep you can get cause you are booked". Denise said causing me to sigh.

Even though it's a lot of work it'll be worth it in the end...
