Kaisley and Nick's motorcycle stopped in front of a boutique. Kaisley did not know Nick's reason for stopping, that is why she could not bear to ask for it. "There are a lot of people here, Nick. Why did we stop?" Kaisley turned around.
Lots of kids selling some stuff. There are also some beggars. Traffic in the area is also noticeable due to the number of vehicles passing by. In the distance, Kaisley can see the Mall of Asia. Kaisley is worried about the crowd because it is possible that she will be seen, noticed and caught by the police patrolling around.
"Come down because we are going to enter that boutique," Nick whispered to her.
Even though Kaisley is still not convince and still worried, she just followed the young man. Throughout Kaisley's life, she never thought that she was hiding like a turtle in public even though she was doing nothing wrong. Only now did she understand that not all imprisoned people actually did something bad that should be paid for because there are some who are only imprisoned to cover and pay for the sin committed by others.
As Kaisley descended, Nick followed her. Kaisley's nervousness returned when she thought she needed to take off her helmet before entering the boutique.
"Nick, are you okay? Are we really going in there without a mask?" Kaisley question as her two eyebrows meet.
The young man thought for a moment and after a second, he turned to Kaisley direction. After a while, Nick took off his helmet. Kaisley thought Nick would take off her helmet too when he touched Kaisley's head, but he did not move both hands to her head.
Nick just rested his hand on her and he stare to the pair of hazzle eyes of Kaisley. "That's better. Let's go."
Kaisley was surprised by what the man said, but she did not talk anymore when Nick pulled her into the boutique.
"Welcome to YunYan boutique, sir..."
Inside Kaisley's helmet, she saw the woman glancing at her direction as she and Nick entered.
"What? I don't want anyone to see my girlfriend's face specially to a low and ugly man."
The saleslady suddenly screaming with happiness because of what Nick exclaimed. On the other hand, Kaisley was suddenly sweating because of what she heard. She did not know what to react in their situation. Kaisley knew that she and Nick were just pretending, but she could not understand why she had a strange feeling when she and Nick acted.
The saleslady let them in. Nick and Kaisley headed to a row of dresses.
"Don't I look weird wearing my helmet?" Kaisley simply whispered to Nick as she began to choose the dress she could wear.
But instead of answering Kaisley, Kaisley was surprised when the young man locked her in his arms. Then, he whispered in the woman's ear. "Just act normally. If the two men enter, we will turn around here and go straight outside."
Only now did Kaisley remember that her life was in danger. Kaisley took a deep breath to stay calm and then nodded to Nick. Nick put his arm around her after their conversation.
"W-Which dress?" Kaisley picked up the blue floral dress and a red off-shoulder dress that was up to her knees.
Kaisley's hand trembled as she held the two clothes as she saw men wearing black tuxedos outside the boutique.
"I think, both dress suit you."
Kaisley handed the dress to Nick, but Nick chose to hold Kaisley's hand. They went together near the location of the counter. They stopped walking when they heard the boutique door open again.
"Welcome to YunYan boutique, sir."
Kaisley and Nick return to their hiding place. Kaisley touched the hem of Nick's polo shirt. Nick turned to Kaisley and he held the girl's hand again. As the men following them walked in the direction of Nick and Kaisley, they ran around the counter and went straight to the boutique door. The saleslady asked Nick and Kaisley, but they just ignored the saleslady and just kept coming out.
Kaisley and Nick were at the door when the men who were chasing them noticed their presence. Because of that, Nick and Kaisley did not have a chance to ride the motorcycle they were carrying. They both ran to the road even though they were completely avoiding the people blocking the road.
"Nick, what if they fire a gun ?!" Kaisley gasped at her companion without stopping running.
"Don't worry, they won't fire at this crowd," Nick replied as he ran and did not look at the girl.
Kaisley was late for running. Aside from Nick being taller and longer than she is, this is also one of Kaisley’s weaknesses. She was easily out of breath even when she was young. She did not get sick and was too fat, so Kaisley just thought she inherited it from one of her parents. Kaisley just wants to lose her delirium in this situation, but just like before, miracles rarely happen to her.
Kaisley and Nick saw an alley and passed by. The men chasing them are not very close to Kaisley, but Kaisley still sees them every time she glances behind her. Kaisley collided with Nick's back when the young man stopped running. Kaisley looked ahead and she was almost disgusted when she saw the barrier in front of them.
"Can you go up?"
Kaisley could not immediately answer Nick's question. She probably didn't know if she could climb the high fence in front of them now. Kaisley bowed and held back tears from their current situation. Kaisley always reminded herself that she should not cry in a situation where she should think of a solution.
"Don't bend down because we don't have time. Sit on my back, so you can climb. Hurry up!"
Trembling, Kaisley obeyed what Nick said. Kaisley climbed on Nick's back as the young man knelt before her. Kaisley tries to reach the fence even though she has run out of energy. Kaisley's nervousness continued as she gripped the fence tightly. Kaisley climbed up there and quickly, but carefully descended. The black tuxedos were coming in Nick's direction and Kaisley was nervous about it.
Meanwhile, without looking back behind Nick, Nick climbed the fence and effortlessly climbed up and get down easily. Nick and Kaisley were both out of breath when Nick got off the fence. They ran again.
They are lucky to see a bus passing by exactly to their direction and stopped on the road they went to. Because of that, they did not hesitate to quickly get in to the bus.
