TWENTY-THREE Once the commotion had died down and the majority of the journalists had left the area in front of the station to write their articles, Superintendent Carlisle arranged for a car to take the Spencer’s home, exiting through one of the secure side entrances to the station. He thanked Hardy and Pamela for all their help and made his way out to the car park.
