Return: The Strongest Hunter

   ____________________________________________________________________ Year 20XX, monsters began to appear as well as dungeons and dominated the whole world. Humanity lost more than 30% of its population because of the monsters eating and killing humans nonstop that made the human race collapse in an instant. But as monsters started to take dominance, people with supernatural abilities appear and kill monsters with confidence. Later, monsters lurking the whole world decreased and humanity slowly rises up again and made a huge wall that will separate them from the monsters. The government started to take advantage of the situation and contacted the people with supernatural abilities to work with them and kill the monsters for them in exchange for money and authority.  Eventually, those people build an organization that unites every one of them in the world and called themselves hunters who slay monsters and get paid. Guilds have been established with the help of the government and the hunter's organization and people with supernatural abilities increased as time passes by. Monsters are no longer threats to humankind because of the hunters killing them and humanity lives peacefully for the past 30 years up until the present day. *** There are five types of classes that hunters belong which is: A Warriors who use swords to fight, a Mages who use their mana and power, an Assassins that use their speed and agility to kill, A Tank who uses their strength and shield to protect, and a Marksman that uses long-range weapons to kill from a certain distance. And there's also a hierarchy for hunters to determine their power and authority: An E Rank who is the weakest hunters A D Rank who is above the E Ranks Hunters A C Rank who obviously stronger than the two Ranks mentioned above A B Rank and the S Rank who is much superior and respected than the others. Those five ranks receive different benefits and payments as they kill monsters of different levels. *** My name is Kyline Dreyar, 23 years old. I'm an S Rank Hunter who is in the peak of glory. But all of that changed because of the people I trusted the most -my comrades to be exact betrayed me. Let's just say that I'm stupid and pathetic to trust them even though I knew from the start that they only get close to me because I'm an S Rank and want to take advantage of me. But never had I thought that they would go far as to let me get killed by monsters they set up to kill me. Now, I'm barely breathing because almost half of my body got eaten by this freaking monsters. I can no longer move my body because of the d**g they made me drink that made me paralyzed but still can feel pain.  My eyelids began to feel heavy and I know that every minute from now, I'll die. But I can't still believe that I'm dying because of these lowly leveled monsters, If only I didn't get drugged I can instantly kill these monsters. If only, they didn't set me up and tried to kill me.  How can they do this to me? I've made them live in luxury and treated them like my own family, yet they stabbed me in the back and let me get eaten by these monsters. Thinking of those bastards made my heart feel like they are on fire.  "Hey, Kyline! Do you like our gift?" I looked up and saw Samantha who's smiling widely in a hologram. I saw her with Adam sitting comfortably in my condo while drinking and making out. I gritted my teeth hard because of anger and because of the scene she was showing me. What a b***h, she really recorded something disgusting and showed it before my death. "Bastards." I managed to say but eventually made me cough blood. If only I have a chance to make even with them even just for a day, I'll take it. But who am I kidding? there's no one who can help me survive here. I slowly close my eyes as my heart started to stop functioning, but before that, I will not let these monsters leave as they like after eating me. "Self-destruct."
