I've Always Been Yours

Chapter 7

Following prom everything went back to normal. Kyra and Aria were meeting up with Hayden and Mac so they could go shopping for their apartments.

Mac and Hayden are attending Western Front University and are both there on full ride football scholarships. They have a two bedroom apartment right at the edge of campus. They'll live together in a dorm setup for just football students. They start training in a few weeks right after graduation.

Kyra and Aria were both accepted into Frontline University and they snagged a dorm together also. Frontline and Western Point were about an hour apart from one another but they were hopeful to make their relationships work.

As they were dorm shopping and picking out things they would like and Hayden and Mac shopped and added to their carts too. Once they finished they all headed to lunch in the food court.

Once they settled down to eat, Sierra spotted them, walking over and she flirted and winked with Hayden completely ignoring Kyra as she asked, " Are you boys ready for college orientation? I also got accepted into Western Point and I'm on their cheer squad too so I'll be cheering for you both quite literally!" she giggles before glancing at Aria and Kyra and saying "don't worry ladies at least one of us will be there to cheer them on!" before walking away.

Growling, Kyra and Aria say at the same time "gosh I hate her! I can't believe she flirts with them right in front of us!!"

Once they finished eating and shopping they headed home to unload their stuff and make a list of anything else they may need before college.

A FEW WEEKS LATER: Graduation is one week away!

Knowing Hayden and Mac will be heading to school in two weeks for summer warm ups and conditioning workouts and then about a month later Aria and Kyra are scheduled to head to their college as they signed up to take a few test out courses. Test outs are so that they can take the final exams and if they pass them they get the credit without taking the classes and will hopefully be able to finish their degrees sooner.

Once at Arias house, Kyra complains of stomach pains and asks Aria if she has a tampon because she thinks she has cramps and her period would be due. Aria pales when Kyra says that.

Kyra noticing Aria's pale expression causally asks her if she's okay and what's wrong. Letting her also know if she didn't have any extra tampons that could run to the pharmacy and grab some. They are usually on the same schedule just varying a few days.

Aria looks at her and starts to panic. In the middle of her panic attack Hayden and Mac arrive to hang out and watch a movie. Mac notices Aria and goes up to ask her what's wrong.

Aria whispers so lightly they all almost missed it "I'm late!" Mac laughs and says late for what babe we're just watching a movie here. Before Kyra and Hayden look at each other and gasp before Kyra says "Oh crap Aria. Now we definitely need to go to the pharmacy!"

Mac is now obviously confused as Kyra and Aria grab their bags and run out of the room. Mac looks at Hayden before saying "what the heck just happened?" Hayden visibly uncomfortable with the conversation says "I think based on what I just seen that maybe her period is late. I'm thinking she may think she is pregnant? is that possible?"

Mac falls to the ground. Puts his head on his knees and whispers"crap dude were suppose to leave next week, heck she's leaving in a month for test out courses, what are we going to do?"

Once Aria and Kyra return they head straight into the bathroom. Once Aria pees on the tests, Kyra opens the door and looks at Mac asking him if he wanted to come in for these results.

All them standing around waiting for the results. Aria begins to cry leaning into Mac before she says "what are we going to do? OMG, you just signed your letter? Mac seriously I can't be pregnant. OMG OMG"

Kyra grabs Aria and hugs her into her chest. Aria cries and Hayden comforts Mac before saying "I think you two have a lot to discuss and maybe we should head out and let you both decide what you want to do. Call us later if you want to talk!"

Once Kyra and Hayden leave he lets a long breath before looking at Kyra and telling her with all seriousness "If that was us, I'd transfer to wherever I could to be closer to you. I'd stick with you if you got pregnant Kyra. Id forget all my dreams to be with you and our kid you know that right?" Nodding her head she knew he would up everything for her but she hoped Mac and Aria could work something out because she didn't want either of them to give up on their dreams.

The next day at school Aria and Mac were both absent and MIA via texts. Kyra was worried before she got a response from Aria that they sat down last night and told their parents over dinner and her mom was able to get her an appointment for today. It was confirmed that shes pregnant and they still aren't sure what they're going to do yet as far as schooling is going.

Upset Kyra cuddles into Hayden and cries telling him she's upset for Aria. She knows she won't have her anymore when she goes to school now and she hopes Mac and him can still live out their dreams. Maybe they'd need to find an off campus apartment for the 3 of them with a spare room for the baby. I'm sure they can make it work.

Hayden holds Kyra as she drifts off to sleep. Thinking about how much one thing can change someone's entire life.

GRADUATION DAY

Once graduation was over. We all went out to celebrate. Dinner and the drive inns. Aria decided to look for a place with Mac and Hayden so they could be closer together but she isn't heading there until they find an apartment.

Not looking forward to testing out courses by myself I was worried about rooming with strangers too. So far our plan wasn't working out right but I'm happy that Aria and Mac are happy about her pregnancy now.

After spending the last few nights together Kyra is saying goodbye to Hayden as he finishes packing up his room and loading up the car.

"Don't cry babygirl. I'm only 30 minutes from here and I'll only be 1 hour away from you next month when you get to class! I'll be there with as much as I can, I'll call you every night. we'll be okay baby girl I promise boo!" Hayden says as he grabs onto her and doesn't wanna let go.
