It's been a rollercoaster the past week so. But I am not finished yet. I have been uneasy since I found out that the son of a b***h that shot Adrian and Sarah was not only awake, but almost fully recovered. He has remained silent when James has gone to interrogate him. They are obviously not doing it right. I leave Adrian sleeping peacefully in his bed. He'd been able to have the I.V. and tubes removed this morning and ate some jello before falling back asleep.
I link James as I exit the hospital room.
'Where is the gunman's room?'
He replies immediately
'Oh no, you don't! Nice try though.'
He always knew exactly what to say to piss me off.
'Either you tell me, or I can find him myself. Because I promise you, I won't quit until I get what I want.'
