"You can't be fuking serious?!" I yell as I pull my shirt over my head.
"How did you find out, anyways? I was going to tell you...I just thought..."
"You didn't think! You could've been hurt!"
"It was James wasn't it? That asshat can't keep anything to himself."
She was right, James had linked me a few minutes after Riley had left me alone in the room. I had gotten a full report before she had even finished business. A part of me was proud that she handled something like that alone. Another part was f*****g pissed that she had done something so reckless. It also solidified my decision to stand by her side and make her my Luna. She had balls. I don't think James will ever be the same after what he witnessed today. I don't know if it was the magic or the severity of the torture
