HE WENT BY THE CODE name Adam when he was running an operation. It seemed fitting to him, the name of the first man, father of them all. This would be his biggest operation to date: taking down the Planned Parenthood Clinics—death clinics—in a major city. Not just one, but all of them. He’d targeted seven clinics. It would require some strategic timing to pull it off, but the actual firebomb itself was pretty straightforward: put fuel around the perimeter of the building. Lob IEDs—Molotov cocktails—at the fuel line. Whoosh. He only regretted that protocol didn’t allow him to stay around and watch. Fast fires like these were a pleasure to watch.
