ACCEPTANCE

AUTUMNS POV

The boys looked Sheepish as I entered,We had made small talk but I was still curious as to what they actually wanted to talk to me about,Gigi was looking at her nails,Clearly bored of the conversation.

"Hey Brandon?,Alex?" She said sarcastically.

They looked at her.

"Please Get to the point and stop rambling on about Football,Or I'll tell her what I know myself."

They looked at eachother,nodding."Tell me what?" I put a hand on my hip,Raising an eyebrow at them..

"uhh..Okay..Alex?" Brandon gestured at him and he glared back before turning to me.

"you have to understand that I didn't tell you straight away because I was trying to protect you.I've only known for a couple days." He paused looking for hope in my facial expressions.Then he sighed when I said nothing and carried on.

"The thing is Autumn,The night our pack was Attacked,The reason it was Attacked,was because they wanted You."

I gasped. Why me?

I teared up."So everyone is dead because of me..?" I choked out.

Brandon rushed towards me,embracing me."Shh baby it's okay,it's not your fault,You were 3 years old and it's not your fault a bunch of rogues wanted you ,It's their fault."

I sobbed into his shoulder.

Mum and dad would still be alive, Alex's family too,this is my fault.Im just not sure why.

I pulled away,"Why did they want me?" He looked at Alex but he shook his head,turning away ,Brandon sighed,he obviously didn't want to tell me.

"When I spoke with my parents a few minutes ago,they seemed to think that your grandmother passed on her traits to you.Her Magical traits." He said awkwardly.

"what?" I said confused. "I don't have magic."

"My mum reckons that someone has Bound your magic which is why you're unaware of it,She says she saw you levitate items when you were a baby,with her own eyes.Not only that,but you're an alpha female,The most powerful a female wolf can get,Your mum was an Alphas daughter and your father an Alphas Son.Which makes you a pure breed."

I frowned as I tried to cram all of the information into my head.I was only just adapting becoming a wolf,now I was a witch?,it's too much.

I agree,however,I do feel a slight presence,Just like mine but it's being held back,I thought maybe it was the mate bond before but now I know it's not. Lexie admitted

"Autumn?"Alex waved a hand Infront of my eyes.

"sorry" I mumbled,"You were saying..?"

"Luna Darcy wants us to meet her in 10 minutes in the Dining hall,she wants to see if you're being suppressed by getting you to say a few words,If she's right,you get your powers back,if not it won't do anything."

"I see." I nodded

I walked to the door,opening it with a grim face and headed downstairs to meet Darcy.

She welcomed me in with a hug."I'm sorry we kept it from you,your parents swore us to secrecy."

I nodded,"Its fine Darcy,honestly,I'm used to people keeping secrets from me now"my voice came out sorrowful and I pulled apart from her.I know I shouldn't have said it but the truth is that's how I felt,All of my life was just a bed of secrets and they're slowly being told to me one by one.

She looked beyond guilty ,Then she led me to the nearest table."Can you stand on the table for me?"

I hopped up onto the table,It was gone midnight by now and I was exhausted,it'd been a long night,I had shifted,completed the mating ritual and now I was doing some witch ritual that would lead me to my powers.

the room was completely empty except for the chosen few,Luna darcy and alpha Roman,Gigi,Brandon,Alex and I.

"now I'd like you to repeat after me " She paused looking down at the book Infront of her "Incantartem Drainius Imperium shield.." she paused to let me speak.

"Incantartem Drainius Imperium shield..''

"Untie my soul from its binds and Reveal The hidden powers of Salem"

I repeated the words,feeling heat rush through me suddenly,Warmth spreading through my face,hands and feet,I felt my body lift into the air slowly and I breathed in.Then I was set Slowly back upon the table.

Everyone was in awe.

"How do you feel?" Darcy asked me.

"amazing!" I sighed ,I looked into my pocket mirror and gasped,my hair had curled into ringlets,highlights of Darker reds and lighter reds entwined into my hair,My face was spotless,Smooth and It had Removed every imperfection.My lips had flushed a Raspberry colour and I looked Beautiful.

"this doesn't mean I melt under water now right? I glanced at them curiously.

They burst into laughter."Good heavens no dear,that's just how they're portrayed in books" Roman Chuckled."The same as they think wolves bane and silver Just kills us if we touch it and a vampire has to be staked in the heart by any old wood and can die from garlic or vervaine." He sighed,

"So what really kills everyone?"

Brandon glared at him. And he gave Brandon an apologetic look,"Well she needs to know son."

"Wolves Can only be killed two ways,if They're wounded severely like someone bit out their neck artery or if someone Rips out their heart. And the other being a broken mate bond.Sometimes wolves can die of rejection or worse they die if their mates die"

"Wow" I gasped.

"as for witches,They're much like killing a human,If you get close enough to hurt them,they could die.However,as you're a hybrid if wolf and witch,your healing abilities would make you unlike every other witch because you'd heal,so the only way to die is if they killed you like a wolf."

"Then vampires Can only be killed with UV rays,The sun,UV torches,anything UV basically"

"Huh every book I've ever read is so very wrong,I bet you laugh at us humans" I smiled.

"well it's hard not to sometimes."Gigi giggled.

"so is someone now gonna tell me I'm a vampire or a troll? " I said sarcastically and everyone laughed.

I yawned "Right,I think I should head to bed,Goodnight everyone!" I waved before wandering upstairs towards the bedroom.When I got there someone was waiting for me,someone I didn't expect.

"Reagan?!"

He turned to smile at me,his features clear as day.A smirk strewn across his face as he stepped towards me.

"Hello Autumn."

I gasped. No no no no this can't be happening.

I tried to mindlink Brandon but before I could I was met with a cold hard slap.

"Don't even try it,You know the funny thing autumn?,I've been sitting in a youth prison for 6months,As a wolf that's a very long time to be caged up don't you think?"

"I-I.." I choked out.

"That's right,I'm a wolf,Just like you,Only I discovered my wolf before you,I am 22 after all.I thought we had something autumn.I really did,And then you went snivelling to the police About what I did,And I knew then that you weren't my mate".He grabbed my face in his hand and I looked at him terrified.

His other hand gripped my hair forcing me to look at him.

"But you'll make for a pretty little mistress,I'm going to use that pretty little mouth of yours for all sorts of things.Maybe I'll even let my friends have a go if I'm feeling generous."

I struggled against him but he laughed "Oh sweetheart you haven't got it yet have you? , you're mine,I will claim you soon enough.I want to take everything from you.Just as you did to me." And with that threw me over his shoulder,His hand resting against my ass.

I took this opportunity to let out an earth shattering scream and struggled until I broke free of his grasp.I ran to the door but he was faster,trapping me in."You silly little b***h!" His hand made contact with my face ,making it burn with a slight sting.My hand raised to my face to hold it instinctively.

He took out a cloth from his pocket and I knew what it was immediately,I could smell it from here.Chlorophorm.Hell no.I pushed him to no avail.Why is he so much stronger than me?! I pushed again and we fought eachother,He was just about to slip the chlorophorm around my nose and mouth went the door bust open,5 men and a woman barging in.He knew he was defeated and before anyone could catch him,he jumped through the window and ran off into the night. But I knew he'd be back.

I looked at the people who had barged in,Alex and Brandon,Darren and Josh and Roman followed by Clara.

I walked into the ensuite as everyone went to rush to me,closing the door with a slam and Locking it.I was not in the mood to talk.

Of all the people I never expected to see his face again.It was the face that lurked in my nightmares and in every dark spot in my mind.What he did to me forever scarred me for life.

Brandon knocked softly."Autumn?,Please talk to me,Are you okay?,What happened?,Do you know that man?" He asked 101 questions as I cried against the door.

"please just leave me alone Brandon."I whispered but I knew he could hear it.

"I'll sit outside this door all night if thats what it takes to get you to talk to me" he Muttered.

I sighed knowing I'd have to tell him eventually.

"it was 1 year ago,I met this guy called Reagan Williams.."
