The Departure

The Sun rose at dawn marking a new day. Bella had woken up to prepare to set out for her Journey.
She decided to make melodies as she got ready to go.
Alex had already gone to check his trap and as soon as she was ready to leave, the door opened and let Alex in.
“I can see that you are ready to leave now. Alex said
Yes I am
"A princess like you should be seen walking, I know someone that can take you by their cart to the Pack".
"No…I will walk..don't bother"
"I will bother. Wait here for me. Moreover, the distance is a long one"
Alex rushed off to the chambers of Joel, the Farmer. He was one of the persons that had a Cart in the entire kingdom
As soon as Joel saw him, he was surprised to see him at that time of the morning in his chambers.
"What brings the Greatest hunter of our time to my abode?"
He asked bowing a little in reverence
"Greetings Joel, I need your help. I need you to..."
He said
"Okay. Hold on Please. Let me get ready" Joel answered
'We will see," Alex assured Bella, patting her back.
"Thank you, Alex. I will miss you"
"I will miss you too," Alex said hugging her passionately

Bella and Joel Journeyed down the road towards the Silver Crest Pack. He stopped her a few miles before the Pack because Bella didn't want him to know that she was a werewolf.
She intentionally avoided every one of his questions and busied herself thinking of what may be the situation at her father's castle.
"Stop me here," Bella said to him
"Ooh okay"
"Thank you for your help, Mr Joel. My regards to Alex"

The gate swung open and Bella walked in to everyone's amazement. She looked more beautiful than she was a few days ago.
The Stewards were all surprised to see her.
"Where is my Father?" She asked them
"He is in his chambers. You are welcome Princess" they greeted.
"We have been worried about you…"
Bella couldn't wait to hear the chants from the Steward. She was only interested in seeing her Father.

“Greetings, the Great Alpha" .…….Bella said, gazing at her father as she walked in.
He was having an exclusive meeting with the elders in the council when she walked in.
The Alpha stood up in shock to welcome his daughter.
Bella was surprised to see his Father express that level of affection towards her.
"He must have missed me?" she said in her heart
"How and where have you been, my princess? It's been three days"?The Alpha asked
"A lot happened. Let's talk about it during dinner the Great Alpha"
The Beta was all smiles and relieved as she shared a hug with her daughter while rubbing her back passionately
The Alpha organized a great welcome party for his daughter and as they wined and dined, he began to ask her questions.
"What exactly happened my dear ?"
“ ……Then the Hunter saw me in the forest and took me to the Inn where I was being treated ….It is a faraway kingdom and…." Bella narrated her ordeal to her Father not forgetting never to mention her relationship with a human and the fact that she was poisoned. She only told her father a mix of facts and some half-truths. She didn't want the story to escalate as she knew who her father could be.
“I need to reward the hunter…Can you make him come here?…." The Alpha asked Bella
“No, Father, ….I am not able to locate his kingdom….it is in a very far place and I am sure that the Moon gods will give him what his soul desires," Bella said
“If you insist" The Alpha concluded.
“Put Jamen into the darkest cell in this Castle, He will be there for Seven days. That's a punishment for his misbehavior. Next time he will not leave the princess unattended to" The Alpha ordered the stewards.
“No, Father, Spare Jamen Please, I asked him not to attend to me…"Bella pleaded, going on her knees.
“I'm Alpha Daph and no one Flaunts my orders"….…The Alpha Boasted.
It was exciting to see how much the Princess was Loved but she missed the freedom she enjoyed while she was with Alex.

“I have gone to check, the Princess is not in her room…." The maid answered.
“It is morning and the gatekeepers didn't attest that they saw her leave. Breakfast is ready and she is nowhere to be found. '' The maid further Stated to the Beta and Alpha as they waited for the Princess to join them for breakfast at the dining.
“Call me, Toyo now" ..….The Alpha ordered
