New Enemy

I headed to my ship. I don't know how I could feel him but I knew were Sec was. I didn't know if it was because we were family. I felt he wasn't anywhere in the galaxy. We looked at the map on noticed he was on a planet just outside of our galaxy. It took us a while to get there but it gave us enough time to prepare. Cloud always stayed by my side. It was a strange new feeling to have him be by my side and actually seem happy about it.  As soon as we arrived, I felt this negative energy looming over the entire planet. It was strange, it didn't match the bright yellow colored planet at all. We landed and I felt Sec's presence nearby. I looked over to Cloud and he sent his men in first. They looked around and saw no one. We walked out and the planet was abandoned and in poor condition. I figured the dark spirit holders and the crawlers killed everyone on this planet at some point. It was eerie but it was not my main concern. We all turned our attention to the roaring echoes that were coming closer to us. "GET READY!" Cloud ordered. Suddenly, a wave of crawlers appeared. His men took the lead and Cloud stood in front of me. I didn't want to hide behind Cloud the entire time. So I focused my mind on finding Sec. The dark spirit holder suddenly appeared and I knew I had to help fight. Cloud was the first to attack, using his sword to kill five men. I used my air spirit to push them back. Any dark spirit holder that got close enough to me, I froze and shattered them to pieces. "Alexandria," I heard someone call. I recognized that voice. Cloud was preoccupied with the dark spirit holders and crawlers he was fighting so I ran off chasing after the voice. I noticed some crawlers running after me. I quickly turned around and built a wall of fire so they couldn't follow me any longer. Soon I was face to face with the man who was my family, the man that destroyed my home and the man who wanted to kill me. "Sec!!" I shouted. "I've come to stop you." "You've come to stop me." I lunged at him but he disappeared. "Fight me," I demanded. He appeared behind me but I sensed his presence so I blocked him. I created a fireball and threw it at him. He dodged it and swung his sword at me. I lunged my sword at him and cut him on the side of his arm. "You are a skilled fighter," he remarked. "My father and mother showed me well," I responded. "Then this most certainly won't be boring," he said. "I guess not, and it won't be long either," I said. "I plan on killing you fast." I picked up my speed and swung my sword just as fast. He tried to grab my arm but I just covered it in fire and burnt him. I covered my sword with flames and continued my assault. I was attacking quickly and hard. He was pulling back and I knew he couldn't take much more of this. "HA, HA, HA," Sec began laughing. "You've think you have won. You are a stupid girl and if only you would have chosen a husband I wouldn't have to kill you." "What," I said. "I sent one of my followers to seduce you and take the phoenix spirit. Had you done that we wouldn't be here but you just couldn't play your role. You are a woman and you are not fit to be KING!" "I'll show you who's not fit to be king," I said. I felt my anger shoot up from my body. My phoenix spirit was released, not fully but enough to beat him. I saw the fear in his eyes. "DIE!!" I shouted. I released enough flames to engulf the entire planet. I heard him scream in pain. I dissipated the flames around him and saw he was now on his knees. "This isn't over," he said. "It is now," I said as I began to build the flames again. Suddenly, Cloud ran towards me. "Alexandria, STOP!" He yelled. "The entire planet is on fire. We have to go." "No, I have to kill him," I said. "I'll extinguish the flames." I tried to pull back the fire but it was too much. "Cloud help me," I said. "We have to go," he proclaimed. "NO!" I cried. " I have to finish this." I turned back to Sec who was now on his feet. "This is only the beginning dear," he said with a sly smile on his face. He then disappeared. Then, the dark spirit holders left but the crawlers were still here, attacking. "Fall back men," Cloud announced. I was upset but I knew this was no use, the fire was spreading and it was getting hard to breathe. "Let's go!" I shouted. We ran back to the ship and left the planet. On the way back to Callisto, I realized that I had not accomplished my goal and I had let my people down. The threat was still out there and I was told that I had more than one enemy to worry about. Who was the man following Sec? Which of the three suitors was my enemy? I didn't know if Sec would have told him I knew but I had to figure out which one was lying to me and soon. We were now back in Callisto, My palace was being rebuilt so we were staying at another palace my parents had built closer to the center of the planet. I knew the people preferred us closer to them, then hiding away on the other side of the central city. I was glad to be home. Venus and Samantha were happy to see me. I filled in Paul and Maze on what happened. They were also worried that Sec got away but of course, Paul was more concerned with the news of a traitor amongst us. "Sire, I did not know anything about this," he explained. "I have served your family for centuries and I was loyal to your grandfather." "I know," I assured him. "We need to stop Sec and find this traitor before any other attack happens. I won't let them hurt my people." "Which one do you think it is?" Maze asked. "I would aim my sword at V," Cloud said. I rolled my eyes. He sure is the likeliest suspect but I was not sure 100%. "Edmund has no spirit power so it is most likely to be V or Aero," I said. "You can not rule out anyone, I think we have learned that even the most devoted and seemingly weak can be an enemy," Samantha said. Venus embraced Samantha and I knew she was right. My father was betrayed by his closest friends so I can not overlook anyone.
