I’ve paced this damn room over and over trying to find out where I can find any weakness in the walls or anything like that. Nothing. I sighed in frustration. I need to get out of here.

A knock on my door startles me out of my thoughts. “Yes” I said.

“Dinner” a young girl entered and she didn’t look much older than me.

I peeked up hoping she would talk to me. “ hi” I said a little more cheerful in hopes he will see I’m friendly.

“Hi” she said shyly as she looked at the door. They must’ve told her she wasn’t allowed to talk to me.

“In Aaliyah. What’s your name?” I asked her

“Alice” she said in her squeaky mousy voice.

“Well it’s nice to meet you. Your the first person to actually talk back to me. It’s been so lonely in here.” I told her.

“I know Magnus told us we were not allowed to talk to you. Some of us thinks this is wrong and cruel. I wish we could help you get out of here and back to your mate.” She said with sadness across her face.

“You know about my mate.” I was shocked. How did they know I had a mate?

“Magnus rants about Alpha Vasquez and how he tried to take his chance at the throne. He’s gone mad with power and a lot of us are really scared.” She said and her lower lip began to tremble. I hurriedly went to her and hugged her.

“I will get us out of this and I promise my mate is on his way to help. I just wish I could get to my mate through our bond.”

“Oh Magnus slipped something into your water to block the bond.” She said than whispered “that’s why I switched your drinks out for some juice.” Then she winked and my smile grew big.

“I promise I will protect you and so will my mate. Do you maybe want to join our pack?” I asked her and her face lit up.

“Oh yes. I’d love it. You don’t know what these monsters are doing to all the young girls here.” She told me and I saw the sadness and fear in her eyes so I asked

“What do they do to you guys here?” Fearing her answer. Please goddess don’t let it be what I think it is.

“We have all been raped multiple times by multiple men. Not all of them some are here as slaves like all the women but the men who are Magnus warriors they do cruel, horrible things to us.” She told me while averting her eyes in shame. I put my hand on her shoulder and told her.

“We will help all those who are being hurt. I promise you on my life.” Looking her directly in the eyes.

“Thank you” she sobbed than she hugged me. “If you wait an hour that medicine should be out of your system and you can contact your mate. I will keep praying to the goddess.”

“I will need you to do me a favor though.” I told her and she nodded “ I need you to get it to all those who you trust that help is on the way and to hide. Can you find a way to bring my dinner by then I should have a plan and know what’s going on? I asked

“Yes the cool is my momma.” She said. And I smiled at that.

“Ok I’ll see you at dinner now go before we get in trouble.” I rushed her out of my room. I began eating my lunch. Hopefully this works.

1 hour later

‘Marcus, baby please answer me’ I called through our mind link. Please please let this work.

‘Marcus come on answer please it’s me please answer.’

‘Liyah baby oh my god is that you?’ It’s so good to hear his voice I started crying

‘Yes yes it’s me. A guy named Magnus kidnapped me’ I started to explain but he interrupted me.

‘Yes I know and we are working on a way to get you home. Do you know where you are?’ He asked

‘Yeah I’m at a huge compound about a 4 hour drive from where we crashed. I’m locked in a bedroom with a small window’ trying to let him know any and all details I know.

‘Ok baby I promise we are working on a plan of attack. Do you know anything else?’ And I knew this was going to be the hardest part. ‘Marcus, Magnus and his warriors... they are a bunch of cruel ruthless men. I talked to a girl around my age and she told me... she told me they have raped multiple girls and women here including her.’ I sobbed at that thought

I heard Marcus’ growl through our link ‘ did... did he hurt you baby?’ I knew what he was really asking, was I raped.

‘No thank god. He said he wanted to wait til he kills you.’ Yep that really set Marcus off. ‘I will rip his ducking throat out. He is dead. Baby hold on I promise we will come and get you and then I’m never letting you out of our room.’ And that made me smile.

‘Rescue first, unlimited s*x later my mate.’ And that got a chuckle out of him. We made a plan for getting Magnus’ victims hidden before the rescue party attacks.

‘By the way Liyah I have a surprise for you when we rescue you. I love you my princess.’ That brought a smile to my face and a tear slid down my cheek ‘I love you too my Alpha.’

We ended our conversation and I laid down to nap. We finally have a plan and I will be out of this hell hole soon.
