Ellen POV
Me, Rebecca and Kurt waited in front of the ER room without any clarity from the doctor. Until now, the paramedics were busy performing the first action on Axl. I cursed myself for being rude to Axl earlier this afternoon.
"Ellen, you should eat first. You haven't even had lunch yet. Go with Kurt around here," Rebecca advised me.
Kurt gave me a concerned look, then stood up. "Come on, I'll be with you."
I doubt, looking at Rebecca and shaking my head.
"It's okay, Honey. Axl will be fine. You have to eat something. Don't hurt yourself," Rebecca said.
Rebecca was right. I haven't eaten since this afternoon. I felt that my body was weak and powerless. I went with Kurt to eat at one of the restaurants in this hospital.
