Ellen POV
"You hugged him in front of me! You're my girlfriend. Why should I see you hugging another guy?" Axl yelled. And it embarrassed me. People were looking at us.
I shook my head. I didn't like Axl's way.
"Thomas is my best friend. You have no right to stop me from hugging him!" I quickly grabbed Thomas' arm and led him away. "Come on, Thom!"
"Ellen, what are you f*****g doing! Seriously, you're just leaving?" called Axl.
I walked away without heeding Axl's call. Why is he so rude? Can't he tell the difference between a best friend and a guy? I've been friends with Thomas for a long time, and I don't want Axl to be cruel to my best friend.
Thomas and I headed to the public library. I spent a lot of time here with Thomas back in the day.
