Crow had gone to school with everyone.  “So you came back, huh?” Joe had said when Crow showed up at school. “What were you doing that caused you to not show up to school for so long?” Madison asked. “Nothing really.” “Admit it, Crow! You were too busy bangin’ your girlfriend over there to notice how much school you were missing.” Ken practically shouted. “H-How did you know, Ken?” “Wait what?! You actually did?!” “Hell no! It’s only been a week!” “Now you’re just being slow.” He stood up, walked to Airi, and got on one knee. “Won’t you take me instead of that fool over there?” Airi stood, flustered, “well I actually like that fool… quite a bit.”  Ken stood, “I see.” He walked back to his original spot at the table and sat there.  “Ken, I think you’re the fool if you think asking a girl out like that will get you a girlfriend.” Crow rebutted.  “Oh shut it, Crow.” Everyone laughed around the table.  Chapter 29 Crow was sitting in his algebra class, taking notes of the things written on the board.  Is this stuff even going to be of use to anyone in the future? I mean, aside from those who will grow up to teach this, I can’t think of any job that will use this stuff.    Airi, on the other hand, sat and watched the teacher write the equations on the board. Must keep looking engaged. I can’t let anyone know that I shouldn’t even be in school. Having been homeschooled, she had already learned everything about this subject, and any subject taught at schools. The teacher looked at Airi, noticing that she wasn’t taking notes. “Airi, can you recite slope form without looking at your or anyone’s notes?” She sighed, “y equals m x plus b.” The teacher looked a bit surprised before turning back to the board and writing more equations.
