Strange Waters

The prince was successfully talked out his plans. But to an extent. He wasn't going to go alone, as it was suicidal obviously and he wasn't going to risk the lives of this people as it was not thoughtful. After moments of staggering thoughts he decided he would call for volunteers and the rest would sail off back to Atlantic City to give his father words of his safety and wait for his arrival. On realizing his time was wasted and on hearing the Prince's novel plan, Lord Nathan walked away and went back to the former tent room, where ibinabo was seated studying the map on the table. "How did it go?"... She asked... Lord Nathan sighed and waited a moment before uttering his words. "Well, you know how arrogant and determined prince Jath can be sometimes, and I am afraid this is one of those times. He believes he has a strong feeling that his men are still alive and he really need to extract them from a city where he is actually wanted for trespass and treason. How does he intend to do that?".... Ibinabo gave a sigh and stood up with her head held up to keep eye contact with with Lord Nathan. Because she needed him to see the seriousness of what she was about to say through her face in order to forfeit any intention to talk her out of it also.

 "I will join him if he goes, then so be it. The Emperor will not be receptive of my valid reasons to why I didn't stand by his son when he was suicidal. I guess it's better if I lead him to death instead". Her sarcasm got to Lord Nathan and he gave a smile and with a goofy facial expression, he gave her his approval and looked away. Ibinabo went ahead and met the prince to discuss further on how he hoped to rescue his men and what he knew about this strange city. So they could plan ahead before the storm that lurks the sky by night doesn't finally come to pour.

"It's a really big city", He said. "but it's made of weak defenses and loop holes on all walls. You might have wondered how I escaped from their possession up to this mountain to the woods without them noticing till it was too late." The prince pointed out to the sky and told ibinabo to look closely how bright their Sun shines in the day time and also how bright their nights are. " This elements that we embrace as ours can also be used to our advantage. When the sun starts to move towards the horizon it becomes too bright to see who comes towards the gate from the tower. That's the first blind spot. And we could walk right by pass the tower towards the walls where we would scale through a spot I noticed on my way out. It's used to pass goods to the city".... The prince spoke with so much confidence that Ibinabo was sure there wouldn't be so much of a problem going on this mission with him alone. Well except death of course. "Then what? "... Ibinabo asked again while looking at his attire to know the reason why he was dressed like a a farmer. " We disguise and we walk amongst them like we are one of them but we avoid eye contacts as we both know we have blazing blue eyes and it's an alienated feature. We need to match the Pacific men and women as your case may be. I know what the look like and I know where they hold this men captive." Prince Jath gave Ibinabo a total rundown of all that he intends to do in a rush and how he believes he can achieve it and It wasn't a bad plan and even if it was Ibinabo was down to protect and keep the prince safe only for the sake of her pledge to the throne.. but apart from that he liked the prince as a person. He grew to be a great swordsman under her tutelage, right after that his father sent him to train with the spirit warriors outside the empire to perfect his skills and acquire the key to unlocking his inner abilities to harness the moon's Powers and then he became more than qualified to lead the league of the Atlantic warriors. So Ibinabo proposed to lead the mission by dawn as they head out. " Wait, how did you get up here? If the city is so down below?".... Prince looking unsure, there's another route to the city, we musn't climb down there. Besides it's too open before we reach ground we might be spotted and speared down by the tower men. Come I ll show you a route to another part from the caves". The prince hurriedly headed out while ibinabo followed. As they head towards the cave south of the woods, they were halted by one of the warriors who alerted ibinabo that Sandy had woken up and demanded to see her. The prince proceeded to confirm his assertion while ibinabo followed him as she sends the warrior who cared for Sandy away promising her she would be there soon and referred her to take Sandy Lord Nathan's tent.

They both arrived at a cave right deep down the woods where no one thought it would exist and the prince rolled a large stone over and there was an entrance. They crawled in and with their knees and hands they moved forward till they got to an end which landed them on a path way. The cave led straight to the path that transported goods from the outskirts of the city walls where farms and streams abided to the heart of the city through an entry channel side of the wall. The prince showed Ibinabo all that he had observed during his stay in the woods after his escape. She saw all that she needed and then went back up to the hills to put herself in place so they could move in by dawn the prince followed quickly as dawn was near.
