Susan Susan entered the bathroom and closed the door behind her without once looking back at Jace. She didn’t want him to see her cry yet again. It seemed that the tears would never stop. She leant back against the closed door and slowly sank to the floor, hugging her knees as her body trembled. After a few moments, Susan took a couple of deep breaths trying to calm herself. She wanted to be strong, she wanted to forget recent events. Drying her eyes with the palms of her hands, she took one last long breath before rising to her feet once more.
