(Alex’s POV)
After that little altercation with Mia, we went back to the hospital. We were all sitting in the waiting room wondering when we’d be able to go see my Dad. We knew he was going to be alright. Selene told us so.
We didn’t wanna leave until we saw him, though. Just to let him know he was gonna be fine. Besides, we wanna tell him what happened. I know it’ll help make him feel better because he’s been worrying about all this for weeks now.
As for me? I can’t believe it’s over. I don’t know what tests I passed, but I must’ve done something right for her to pay us a visit that way.
Anyway, after we got to see my Dad, we all went back to our apartments except for my Mom, who stayed overnight with Dad. When we got in, the kids were all sound asleep and so were Rebecca and Colleen
