What he means is that with werewolves we don’t start out with that ability. It comes with our wolves. So everything happens in stages. First you begin being able to mind-link at about age ten. Then you start getting minor enhancements to your hearing, vision, and strength at about twelve. Right around the same time, once you hit puberty, your s*x drive goes into overtime. And yes, I know the same thing happens with humans but with wolves it’s about a hundred times worse.
