“Do you want me to help?” Sun said, and was about to stand up.

“No, it’s okay. We will be back soon.” Miko said and pulled me towards the door. I just looked at Sun, and he just smiled at us. After leaving, Miko was looking at me suspiciously.

“Care to explain?” Miko said.

“About what?” I asked.

“Silly Ray, about Sun. What happened?”

“I really don’t know too, Miko. When I asked him, he was really confused too.” I answered.

“But I did not see him that time in your room for the past two days. How is that possible, having a physical body when you are dead already. The fact that he only appears at night, it’s a bit weird too.” Miko said.

“I know, but there is one thing I am sure of, Miko.”

“What is it?” He asked, looking at me curiously.

‘Sun is not a bad person, and I can feel his kindness. At first, I was really curious about the truth behind him, but this time, I really wanted to help him.” I said.

“So do you like Sun?” He asked, smiling widely.

“What are you talking about? He is a good friend, and he really helped me when I was in a pinch, remember?” I said, my voice shaking. I don’t know why I reacted like that. Miko will tease me if this continues.

“Okay, okay. It’s not that I am teasing you. We have been friends for a long time already, so I know even what your reaction will be. Just a fair warning, Sun does not belong to our world, remember that.” Miko said.

A lot of thoughts ran through my mind. Miko is right, but Sun is a good friend. Getting attached to him badly, I don’t know. Honestly, I don’t know what to feel. My heart, my brain, they are both confused with the signals they are sending to each other.

“Sure, let’s ask Cynthia to make some.”

When we opened the room, Sun was sitting at the bed, swinging his legs like a kid. He was really waiting for us.

“Sorry for making you wait, I just gave some instructions to our staff. Also, we brought you food.” I said. Miko and I were carrying a tray of food made by Cynthia.

“It’s okay, Ray. You and your friend should not have bothered.” Sun said,

“We insist, Sun. You should go ahead and try this.” Miko said.

“Wait, you can see me?” Sun asked.

“Yes, I can.” Miko answered.

“Really?” Sun said, and stood up excitedly from the bed.

Sun was really happy after hearing that. Happiness was radiating from him. “Let me introduce him to you properly. Sun, this is my childhood friend, Miko. Miko, this is Sun/”

“Nice to meet you Sun.” Miko said, extending his hand.

“Nice to meet you too.” Sun answered, reaching for Miko’s hand and smiling brightly.
