The little blaze felt like it was dancing around, and she could feel the warmth coming from the little light. It’s like it was telling them that everything will be okay, and all they have to do is believe and pray. Mercedes held out her hand, and the flickering light perched on her palms. “A firefly? What is it doing here?" Mercedes said to herself. He looked at Roman, but it seems that he is not noticing the little light. Why is it that he is the only one that can see it? The little light then flew towards the operating room, and at the same time, the doctors went out together and carried Sun to the ICU. One of the nurses approached them. They told the couple that they will be bringing back Sun to the ICU and observe him. They also told them that they will be giving us everything and papers to sign. "Thank you so much. Please let us know if there are things that need to be done for the recovery of my kid." Roman said. "Yes, we will." The doctor said, Days had passed, then it turned into months, but there was still no improvement. Sun was still in a vegetative state. The couple was already losing hope with what was happening. The doctors were trying their best for Sun to recover, but the results were a bit dull. One time, the shaman visited them to check on the couple and Sun. "How is your son now?" The shaman asked, looking at the couple. "Still, there were no changes and thank you for visiting us here." Roman said, "I see. The reason I came here was because I had a vision about your son." The shaman said, "Vision." "Yes, that's right, and it was very vague though." The shaman said. "What happened?" "I don't know if it's good or bad news, but your son will have a fateful encounter.' The shaman said, looking at the couple. Mercedes thought that the shaman was still bluffing, but his face was so serious. I guess there is nothing wrong in believing him, because he already proved a lot. There were a lot of miracles also that happened to their lives. “A fateful encounter? Does this mean that my son will recover soon?” Mercedes said. “Time will only be the one to tell that, but remember, the encounter that I am telling you now doesn’t have a specific timeline. We will never know when or where, but please, what I am asking you is never give up on your son.” The shaman said, “Thank you so much. We also have a request, and we will give offerings as much as we can, but please help us pray with the land deities to save our son.” Roman said. “Don’t worry, you don’t have to pay me anything, as long as we thank the deities enough, they will not abandon you. Remember that.” The shaman said, After talking for some time, the shaman left already, giving hope to the couple that their son will recover soon.
